I would think a gay friendly place like Dynasty that often pushes for minority (i.e. gay) representation in media would also be sympathetic towards pushing for minority (i.e. race) representation in media.

Oh yeah I remember this one. A pretty good manga but a pretty frustrating yuri. Author dropped the ball by having almost zero relationship progress until right at the end despite the constant teasing of the relationship from everyone that knows the characters.

And definitely agree about it being heavily implied. There is no heterosexual explanation for how Seele acted during her recruitment as a volunteer museum guide. Just a "Bronya will be sad" is all it took to convince her.
