I'm having second thoughts about this series...it seemed like a strong premise at first, but the black haired woman seems a lot more antagonistic than I expected.

Something about this just feels...off? I can't really explain it.

Yeah, she's just so off-putting that it's making this manga hard for me to read.
I do like reading about a messy lesbian affair where the married woman is in a comphet relationship, but it feels hard to imagine it going that way at this point. Or at least it will be taking awhile to get to that point.

Going forward, I'll probably lurk the comments looking for signs of development instead of just getting more and more upset with the dark haired woman every chapter.

There weren't any active yuri series on the list that I was following over there (besides Virgin's Empire), but they got a few others I was following, like Flying Witch and Ogami Tsumiki To Kinichijou. Losing WataMote hurts too. I was super far behind and now I don't remember what chapter I stopped at. Probably never finish it now.

^Oh it's more the body type than anything. I would like something similar to this or even more cut/buff for a "lore accurate" Feixiao, but Acheron doesn't strike me as the athletic type who would have much muscle.

Naw you're in decent shape since Moon on a Rainy Night has an official release and you can just stay current with that.
It's us impatient people who were following the many chapters ahead fan scanlation who will now have to suffer for maybe years while waiting for the official to catch back up.

Even if the fan scanlation was lacking in quality, I am hopelessly addicted to that manga and was happy to get my fix.

And the frontrunner (or mine at least based on her reactions this chapter) for the sender of the love letter is Nishitani, a girl.
And this author has only made yuri manga (well, from what's translated at least).

The "Learning Love" seems to so far come from the MC learning about love from examples around her. The world is mostly straight, so it's no surprise her examples are too. This doesn't mean our MC will be entering a straight relationship.

I wonder if Sumi’s original reason to get relationship experience was to “grow up” because her tutor had poked fun at her “childish” tendencies earlier and probably used that to end things. Meanwhile Manatsu never treated her inexperience and caution as anything bad. Being around Manatsu who isn't afraid of being herself and liking things like the bubbles (that she last used just a month ago) hopefully has her rethinking any tutor related plans.

I had a similar theory. It's obviously because of the tutor. Just a matter of to what degree Sumi was involved with her previously.

But yeah, there was zero surprise that Sumi would need to get over her reason for doing the 7 Days thing in the first place. I'm ok with that though. We know they'll almost certainly get together in the end, so the temporary separation being telegraphed isn't a big deal

The MC is a tactician. She makes plans and executes them well.

But she's hopeless when it comes to seeing the big picture.

Ah, yes, how could I forget? This is Akiyama Haru. The main story is just about to begin, the first few chapters were merely a buildup to the main event... the angst. Well, let's see how this goes. :D

I'm feeling the opposite; that we're entering the final stretch with the last big conflict before this manga is over.
The biggest indicator for me is the 2 month timeskip this chapter and the short timelapse of their new life together. I'd expect the author to focus on the early days of their relationship a bit more if they were planning to stretch this series out for a good many more chapters.
