Well, Aerith being the one to top and initiate while Tifa gets to enjoy being played with really is as old as the game. Internet porn wasn't really a big thing back then, but one of the first hentai doujin I ever read (Mainly Aerith x Yuffie, but Tifa also gets to play at the end) also uses the characters this way, though at least going by Dynasty's release date it's 10 years younger than the game.
