I personally talked to the writer who was frustrated on twitter that the illegal translation is hurting them. Honestly, they don't seem to seek solutions but rather be so emotional about it, with no logic whatsoever. I even got attacked by some sort of other korean writer/reader.. seems they either don't understand the problem or don't want to understand.

The problem with Lezhin is, if they can charge money for the english translation then they at least should be as fast the the person who DOESN'T get paid for their translation !

secondly, if they want people to take them seriously, then they should care more about their customers who complain about mistakes in the translation. QUALITY CONTROL

Lezhin doesn't reply and artists say it is not their problem, then they simply say here take my product with all the defects in it and pay for it with no complains !

if they don't care about their english readers, then why care about the losses from them not buying the Manhwa !

I even had to stumble by an absolute logic-less person who said that even if I buy both Korean and English versions, me reading the unofficial translation hurts the writer.. I was like; did this person drink so much Air conditioner water ?? what kind of brain damage is that ?!

I am the one being hurt for paying TWICE and yet the writer and Lezhin don't care about the quality of their product that reaches me as a part of their english readers. then why cry over these " claimed" losses!

She the perfect imperfection from an artistic built.

ah.. this argument could go for a long time with no solution really and given the ending of the main story, Team Gaji makes it hard for anyone to use logic (however, the attachment we had for Seju happened way before ch92.. so at least till then, we had some logic behind loving her character even if you don't see it)

anyways.. it is like discussing iPhone X vs. Galaxy note.. some would queue for the headphone jackless with a notch phone and some would laugh at those who pay a 1000 Euros for a phone with a stylus.

Sumin and Seju are in their senior year and they kiss and all that.. the confession happened between 1st and 3rd year of high school.
Also, Sumin is born in July and this chapter shows us June.. I hope the confession chapter is going to be the next one.

I apologise again for misinterpreting the story and dragging others with me to the "WDTFS ending" rehab XD. That's being said, no matter how much I reread the story, I do believe that the ending has changed at some point and I am guessing that started when Gaji needed help for the drawing.. so we are talking about ch88. nothing I say is definitive tho.

the highlight is the Pager.. and Sumin's desire to be connected to Seju always. and as suspected, she was the first to fall in love. 2003, no rings yet.. knowing that they broke up in 2005, there is so much to tell.

Team Gaji made a comment on the series, Anonymous__ agreed happily to translate it (Thanks, Anonymous__).. the rough ideas I got is that they are making 5 stories.. and they will start serializing them from Nov 19th ( yoonie, mark your calendar).. she also gave a mini introduction to her new character, her age is 28 .. a lifeguard or some sort of swimmer.. and it seems that they are in South America.
one of the stories will show Sumin and Sungji's future in 3 years .. (which well, most of us don't even see a future for to begin with XD)
and another story for Sumin and Seju's past (again, what's the point).. another story about Seju and this new character .. and 2 other stories.

In fact, yoonie and I were discussing this when the chapter first came out.. in any case, we agreed that Seju's character can not just fall in love simply because she is not dating anyone atm .. BUT loving her and seeing her for what she is will be the key to her heart. I also believed that Sumin fell for Seju first not the opposite.. the reason behind my belief is how Seju talked about her relationship with Sumin to Nammi in ch47: "that girl loved me..etc"
Seju knows her physical appeal very much.. she is aware of that.. and doesn't need anyone to make her feel beautiful (otherwise girl hitting on Seju will be Nammi 2.0) .. what she needs is someone to care really care about her and love her for what she is.
So in general, I agree with your second scenario and last point you mentioned.
I hope TG won't mess up this time with Seju's character.. (I am suffering from trust issues in TG now) xD

Well, My greatest issue with Sumin is that she already had more than 31 girlfriends.. execluding her one night stands.. she is 34, if she does not know what makes a relationship survive, then at least she knows what ruins it.
YET, her character ended up at sequare one where she originally started.. makes all her great moments and growth meaningless.

As to why we we don't really attack Sungji.. well, her only few chances for growth were ruined in favor of more fluff and some awkward sex scenes.. I love nudes, but her's were just out of tune!

I agree with you that Sumin "could" get her story, but that already happened in WDTFS.. her whole past is Seju, and her past is what made her interesting.. the damsel in distress XD, take that from her and she is no better than any other character in some random manhwa.. even Nammi's story will be more interesting if Sumin focus on her past is no longer present.
