Does breaking your gf's relationship with her ex or making your gf forget her ex mean that you are trying to change your gf's life? Did Sungji learn anything about Sumin's life and knew that it's all because of Seju?

That's too, but seju is like sumin only family left. And sumin only friend too, beside maybe nami.

It's like when a gf order her bf/gf to stop communicating with his circle of close friend/family, this happen quite a lot in real life.

I don't say sungji is manipulative, lol, but yea... for me her act is a way of trying to change sumin. Sungji said in ch 89, even an image seeing seju and sumin together hurt her.

So by this means, she doesn't even want to see sumin alone with seju, if sungji try to be more honest. Sumin pass is all about seju, just like seju. Sumin has warn sungji before, well, dating someone with a lot of emotional baggage is hard... and it's sungji first experience, so kudos to her. I don't blame her, inexperienced people make mistakes.

She coped when sumin behave badly, trying to "change/protect sumin life" by saving her from seju.

What did she do to change/protect Sumin? Don't remember seeing Seju trying to kill Sumin.

I forget either nora or yoonie gave her analysis about sungji used to think that seju is toxic/bad for sumin, so she always act as guardian for sumin.
Sungji told seju : "I won't let you hurt her", "why you need to be bad", etc

It's in the past... now I believe sungji think seju as another girl who love sumin too. (Not abusive & manipulative ex)

Cut it short, (forget what chapter) sungji also thought she can seperate them (sumin-seju bond), but when she face the reality, later she said it seems "their bonds/root" can not be easily cut.

For me it is a form of sungji try to change sumin life, make sumin forget/break her relationship with seju, which sungji "almost" succeed.

After posting a lot, I begin to think sungji action in ch 90 as a foolish move, it complicates things.(Aside other discussion that it might also be a commendable act or coward act or whatever)

But we need drama to reach climax,so let's wait for new chp

I think all the three characters has their own flaws and traits, no one is perfect/without blame now. Yet only smart eyes and open minds can see all faults of the three, not judging in black and white.

The easier fault people can see is seju's
Seju fault is her cheating, and choosing holding on dying relationship for too long.
Her defense is she did it all for love and human makes mistakes. Just like what she said, she doesn't care other people thinking, she will fight for whatever important for her. Her discreet attitude and acting high & mighty sometimes taken as manipulative behavior by some readers.

Then we can see sumin's fault:
Sumin fault is her ignorance and falling in love with 2 ladies. Lol. Only After half story, she finally accepts what she feels, and after 3/4 story she realize what she did wrong both to sungji and seju. But we can see her effort to make it right, you can't ask for people to change completely. Sumin can't just kick out seju off and living happily ever after with her new found love sungji like what some readers expect sumin to do. No matter what, seju is someone sumin used to(or still) love dearly. Sumin is in debt with seju in a way. It will make her character becomes more unlikeable if she doesn't experience a lot of things like what shown in manhwa, before she is able to decide to part with seju completely.

Sungji fault is a hard one, but keep in mind that what she said to sumin in early chapter.
She lets all this mess happens. Sumin has given warnings, and sungji is the one who open the door without any invitation. Just like any other first love, she did a hell of mistakes. She is giving herself rather quickly, and keeping silent for things that matter to discuss about. She avoids confrontation many times, e.g when seju told that her and sumin is a sex buddy and sumin is drunk. Sungji could ask as sumin's girlfriend.

Sumin just abandoned her 10 year ex gf who she has always felt guilty at, who she has always cared for, just right after her father's funeral, when she is the only one that gf has left. She goes against her emotions and care to do all that for Sungji but ended up being left behind by Sungji in the middle of crowd, under the firework without a word. This is what she gets for doing all that for Sungji. Dont you guys feel sorry for her at all? Do you think its fair for her?

Another reason why what sungji did isn't that great.

Sumin has tried to give everything she possibly can to sungji after the cheating. And this is what she got... karma is a bitch

No, it will not be commendable the other way which is not "Sumin loves Seju more", why? Because of her famous line that makes her become someone everyone loves "I will not let the person I love get hurt anymore"

This sentence was said but if she chooses to leave only because she pities Seju or because Seju needs Sumin atm, this is just a very very nonsense decision from her because she doesnt consider Sumin's feelings on this matter and how much hurt she gives Sumin when she leaves without reasons.

So no, the other reason is not commendable.

I believe Sungji is commendable either way because she was able to identify that the relationship she was in was causing her more grief than happiness and ended things. That's worthy of praise by itself! It's not always easy to walk away from someone you love/loved! (Look at Sumin and Seju, they can't end their relationship after 10 years lol.) She doesn't need to explain because Sumin and Sungji's relationship has been on the rocks for the past like 15 chapters!

I feel like Sungji has done quite a bit of considering Sumin's feelings. It's been clear to Sungji that Sumin's heart is not completely with her. Although Sumin says she's only worried about Sungji, it's obvious where her mind really is.
She says that line about being taken advantage of as if she's accepted it already. She's accepted that she might just not have a place in Sumin's life right now.

She leaves Sumin without giving her a reason (Sumin really doesn't need a reason, I'm sure she already knows). If Sungji gave Sumin a reason, Sumin might just go back to feeling guilty about wanting Sungji but also feeling like she needs to care for Seju. Trying to do both is just hurting everyone. There's a grace in the way she left Sumin.

Sungji says, "I won't let the person I love get hurt anymore." I love that line by her! Very brave of her. Just because she stays with Sumin, doesn't mean Sumin won't get hurt anymore. This may hurt Sumin, but in the long run it might help her. Ripping off a band-aid in one go HURTS, but it's better than prolonging the pain.

Now Sumin can have the space she needs from Seju and Sungji to decide what she really wants.

If you saw it like that... yeah... now I know why people might see it as commendable.

For me Having a *ball to end a "false" relationship with someone you still love isn't enough to be a commendable act.

What I dislike about is how sungji end the things, she disappear without words lol.

If you have time to visit quora, or any relationship forum. There is a lot of cases with disappearing act. And most of the victim shared that it's an awful things to experience becase it left you hanging, with somekind of delusional hope and this bad experience will imprint in your memory.

I even read that someone is going traumatize and even after this person get a new relationship... she is still paranoid/worry if it will happen again

So ending false relationship is good, but doing a disappearing act is WRONG

I am busted.... (X_X") Is it only me...... ? Yet, I must say her image/aura change between 2 years ago when I saw her and this year. Dunno why... before she looks fierce, nowadays she looks fragile. She lost weight for sure, despite being so tiny still. I know idols look thin/fit, but there are some with volume, and some is just a "stick", eg. hyoyeon and this year yuri have volume. Taemin, krystal, this year wendy, yoona, sooyoung, moonbyul, this year solar, etc is a stick. I prefer figure of an actor or actress, they're more fit, and suprisingly so slim still even with the abs.

This year taeyeon is too "girly" to be sumin if it makes sense.

She chose to leave this dramatically, without explanation, literally left Sumin hanging, there is only one reason to explain it, the author still wants this love line to continue, and not officially end, it opens the gate for this couple to be the ending game, a very convenient way, lolllll, if she cut it clean, well, we already know the ending couple. This, only makes this couple more relevant even though this looks like a break up by making Sungji look nicer and more noable, lolllllll

Well, it might be. Honestly I am still skeptical with seju x sumin ending, knowing how popular team blonde is... and the fact that:
1. sumin has choose sungji over seju before
2. seju in a stage of moving on.
3. Ch 86 seems like a fan service for team pink because the ending couple will be team blonde.

The scene of sumin walk in this chapter and you can do anything to me.... Somehow I have seen this pose in GG Taeyeon before. Lol

about the part where Seju doesn't realise Sumin's true feeling, I agree kinda of.. but then Seju is a very smart perceptive person, I guess she didn't allow herself to see Sumin's true motives.. it could be a fear of disappointment like in ch3.. but to totally have no clue, this is questionable.

Seju is indeed smart, but love can make even the smartest person become dumb easily. Hence, love is blind quote. Anyway, it's reasonable for seju to avoid the disappointment as it's a part of human defense mechanism.

So you're right, all that above is what makes someone as smart as seju.... well... confused/doesn't have clue.

Agreed, to begin with sumin and sungji relationship is not as perfect as what team blonde fans said. It lacks communication about important matters, both hiding their own emotional baggage to each others.

Sungji doesn't given up solemnly because of her pity toward seju.

For me the deciding factor isn't about seju's family affair..... it's when sungji see how gloomy sumin face can be when heard people talking about seju.

I can see sumin restraint herself, while she still cares and this make her gloomy.

So yeah, it's needless but important for sungji since she cares about sumin.

Can blame seju if she feels reluctant or not confident enough to see it. Because the main character in question (aka sumin) doesn't realize or not willing to admit it too. At least for this one, it's thanks to nami for slapping the fact to sumin.

I am saying seju is on the way of moving on because these past chapters we can see seju acknowledge sumin x sungji relationship more and expect less for her and sumin to be back together. (Ch 86 - she will just cling on the pass/memory)

She can move on while still loving sumin, if that makes sense to you.... hmm...

I have this crazy idea since last night, LOLLL. About Saehyun xDDDDD. That he is actually the remaining danger Seju has xDDDDD, that if she agrees to go with Saehyun to the villa, she'll be at the place where only Saehyun knows the location, only him and Seju for the rest of life xDDDDDDD.

It's quiet refreshing to see sungji inside mind (speak bubbles) about how she likes to talk about things with sumin more, somehow giving a hint of the core of sumin x sungji relationship. And show what they lack the most, communication. These past chapters mostly only show how sumin and sungji fit sexually.

I must applaud how TG can still make the ending couple hanging, when both ship can be switched over only by releasing each new chapter. Yesterday the pink ship is shrinking, today it's blonde ship. Funny enough when pink ship is shrinking, I don't see much seju fans blame the author or shaming them. We're mourning but we accept the way the author wrote the story. Shaming the author just because you don't get what you want, looks like a kid mentality to me. Can I assume that pink team has more mature mind? Lol

Two months ago, I said there are two option, either seju move on or sungji given up. It seems we get both!

1. Seju is on the way of moving on We can see how seju has acknowledge that sungji is special and different compare to any sumin exes. Although knowing all that, she "beg" to sungji to release sumin since it's all what matters for seju.

Ever heard about 5 stages of grief? This applied especially when someone losing her love one.

Denial - seju said nothing is changing, sungji on the other hand said its different now (sungji is correct)
Anger - well, she yelled at sumin, said she is just human, told that sumin always blame her and don't believe her.
Bargaining - refusing to sell sumin house, then replace it with "living together", beg to sungji.
Depression - ch 90

This "beg" is her final effort... the reason why she don't resist when sumin said that farawell on ch 89. It's natural for seju to have depression now, along with her father death, what comes after is acceptance.

2.sungji given up.
We must judge sumin by her action not her talk. Sungji realize this. Although sumin choose sungji, seju matter is still bugging her. Even if sumin is the one who walk away from seju, yet she feels as devastating as seju. Sumin tried her best to keep it hidden, by showing how she care a lot about sungji now. (And hiding the fact that she still care about seju) hence the red scarf and leftover mitten, and the strangers talk about seju in cafe. (Ch90)

Sungji is smart, she realize it. She has been thinking a lot lately. Although knowing people might taking advantage of her kindness, she choose to do what she thinks right. It suits her character development so far. She knows the bonds between sumin and seju can't be easily cut.

We only have 3 chapters left, anything can happen.
The ending for both couple is still possible, because
1. Seju still loves sumin much.
2. Sumin has chosen sungji over seju before
3. Sungji still like sumin
4. Sumin still care for seju, admit it or not

We need factor #5, to determine the end couple, hopefully can find it on next chapter. Since finding the ending couple on last chapter won't satisfy the reader.... at least for me, I want to see their story and development , all three of them after this mess.

Ch 93 - after story
