Hmm...a fundraiser would be a bit tough to organize. Not impossible, but not simple either. It's a great idea, but for now, it seems wiser to wait a bit more, see just how many people actually join what I set up and post in the FF-unite thread. To make this fundraiser actually profitable and helpful, the initiative would have to grow quite a lot and until now, we can't be sure if it will. That aside, people in general aren't really inclined to spend money most of us don't really have a lot of in the first place on causes they can't really relate to (or in this case: on people they don't personally know), so I'm not sure how well the fundraiser idea would work out. I absolutely get your point. If this gets big and people like your idea, I'm totally down for making this happen somehow. For now though, I suggest we keep it in the back of our minds and wait a little at first, see how it all develops. :)

I get what you're saying. I don't really have experience organizing something like that and getting the money to the other side of the world to a person who might not even speak english sounds quite hard.
As you already said it's just an idea to keep in mind for the future but i'd definitely be open to chip something into the pot if something like this would really happen.

Do you guys think if we could get someone from Korea to get into contact with SSamba some kind of fundraiser would be feasible? I don't know how the healthcare system over in Korea is but cancer treatment + the inability to work seems to be financially overwhelming and depending on how many people we could get to take part i bet it would help her out.
Oh and i just wanted to say you're doing a great job taking the initiative Suzuma! I sure hope someone can find a translator to make your awesome idea work!

Just like all the other people i want to tell you how much i admire you as an artist and that i'm deeply saddened by the recent news. Since I've stumbled over your work quite some time ago your work has kind of become part of my life and by now i can't really tell how often i started reading Fluttering Feelings from the beginning again. I hope reading all these posts and seeing that there are people from all around the world who are praying for you to make a recovery will at least brighten your day by a little and give you some additional strength to get through this. We're all rooting for you so please don't give up and keep on fighting!

AFAIK, which is very little so someone correct me if I'm wrong, it's a fancy lady's way of ending a sentence where one would use 'desu'. Some characters have the verbal tic/catchphrase of ending too many sentences with desu, or in a unique way. Suiseiseki (Rozen Maiden), or Uri-tan (Etotama) comes to mind (desu-desu).

So if someone is using 'desuwayo' to a near excessive degree, I get the impression that they're trying to put on the airs of a fancy, feminine speech. Wouldn't know how to translate that.

Thanks! I already thought it was just another of those odd ways to end a sentence. Thought there might be a 'exact' way to translate it but i guess your interpretation is pretty accurate. Google doesn't give any real information as well sadly so i'll just go with that

Oh my god! I've just recently started watching the Anime adaption and was quite sad to find no translation for the manga whatsoever. Really glad someone picked it up now :D

By the way, can anyone tell me what "desuwayo" means exactly?

It seems that there's 2-3 pages missing at the end of chapter 19 (I checked the korean raws too, and they're indeed missing) in the eng version published by Lezhin.
A friend of mine messaged Lezhin about it, hopefully they fix it
