Minato is the so goddam stupid. I know what lets tell Haruto when he is drunk that's the best time it’s not like his going to be resentful or anything. I know what would be more perfect is if I go see him first, instead of calling Asami and telling her I’ll be late like any normal person would. This mess is caused by Minato who is clueless as a blonde but I guess this is where the angst comes from.

I’m guessing now Haruto will say his banging Minato and Asumi will most likely have sex with her friend, to make herself feel better for being stood up.

Just watched Hibike Euphonium and the art style were beautiful. Especially, the firework scene with all the different colours that was amazing. In terms of the yuri, Kumiko went 90% gay all she needed to do was lean over kiss Reina and make Reina forget about the Taki-sensei. I don't get Reina's attraction to Taki-sensei, he is just a very dry person. I hate how Reina got angry, when everybody made a comment that the new teacher would be Taki-sensei's fiancée. Kumiko is there and willing and Reina decides she has an attraction to an old guy who is old. Whyyyy! He is not that old but he is old for Reina they don’t suit.

But, I am worried what Kumiko's future monologue is foreshadowing. She did say that "someday I'll part with the friends I love." I do feel that KyotoAni has gone super saiyan yuri bait master mode. I’m sure that there is more yuri bait coming our way.

I agree with nevri about having more characters being aware about their sexuality. But the reality is that the medium is a reflection of Japanese society.

Japan doesn't acknowledge lesbians. They think that having girls liking each other is just a phase you go through in high school. For the medium to have those characters Japanese society has to change first. It's getting there little by little what with the marriage of those two women in Japan but it still has a long way to go.

As a Yuri fan we don't get many yuri manga/anime that are open about their sexuality. I can count those shows in one hand. (For example: Strawberry Panic, Akuma No Riddle, Yuri Kuma). There isn't any variety. Majority of yuri fans have to put on their yuri goggles and read between the lines or just use there imagination between two female characters that are friends. A lot of shows just add yuri subtext to appeal the male demographic or because the producers are scared of the backlash they will get if they go full on yuri. A medium should be about variety not the same overused traits.

I am one of those people that will complain about H!E because H!E isn't even subtext yuri. Why I say this as KumiXRei are just good friends. Yuri focuses on the sexual orientation or the romantic orientation aspects of the relationship. At this moment in season 1 Kumiko or Rei have not expressed any romantic desires or sexual desires towards each other. "Friendship arises out of mere Companionship when two or more of the companions discover that they have in common some insight or interest or even taste which the others do not share." Both KumikoXRei like music and are in the music club. They share similar interest; they have not expressed any interest towards each other, other than friendship in the anime series.

I have been a yuri fan for quite a few years now and I am tired of "friendship" being as subtext yuri. They are two different things. I’m not saying KumikoXRei won’t fall in love in the future but at the moment they are just friends. An example of a yuri subtext would be sailor moon with Haruka and Michiru. The comments that they make to each other have a yuri subtext. In one scene when Michiru is trying help Haruka up she comments that Haruka has gotten heavier. Haruka replies that they should leave that talk for the bedroom. That is yuri subtext they don't outright say they are in a relationship but there is a heavy context of a sexual aspect. I know complaining doesn’t help but being a yuri fan has jaded me. If you don't agree that's okay as everyone has different opinions, im just venting my frustrations with the yuri genera. At this point I doubt we will ever get a big budget yuri anime that has good developing characters, plot and animation. Yuri just doesn’t sell and that's the sad truth. This is heart-breaking to me. All I want is yuri but I will never get that. Yuri is love Yuri is life.

The art for the next chapter makes me think of hear no evil. This means that Yuu will hear Touko getting confessed by Sayaka. This makes sense as the previous chapter set up Sayaka feelings for Touko. The question is how Touko would respond to the confession and how Yuu's feelings will progress after hearing this. Yuu will definitely have an inner turmoil next chapter.

I do think that Itsuki should go out with that co-worker on a date so she can explore her sexuality. This manga is like the gay girl falls for her best-friend that's straight. It’s not going to happen with Mao. As she even said in her inner monologue that she finds the idea of them disgusting. She just wants Itsuki to love her because it makes her feel wanted and because she is a selfish person.

In this situation Itsuki is going to get her heartbroken as she is too hopeful that Mao likes her more than friendship. She says "I’ve opened my arms and now I can just wait." She is going to be waiting a long time because nothing will change regarding Moa. Moa is straight as a pole.

When I read chapter 3 it puts Amy's feeling into prospective for me. Amy loves Fiona like a lover rather than a sister. I think Fiona does love Amy but she doesn't realise that she loves Amy not as a sister but rather as a lover. That's why Amy says to Headmistress that they will die as twins. Also Amy says that she "won't be courting Fiona". She thinks that Fiona only loves her as a sister not as a lover that she would have liked. This comes down to the fact that Fiona hasn't realised her feeling fully and that both girls did not communicate to each other what they want.

When they were having a conversation of where they will go and how will they survive, Fiona says that they can pretend to be twin sisters and Amy says that Fiona doesn't look like her sister. It shows that Amy is realist and that the outside world might question why they are together.

Amy did leave but you can't blame someone to be with their mother even if her mother abandoned her. There is a naturally yearning to be with a family member. Amy realises that being with Fiona, there will not be a future that she wants to have with Fiona. Fiona has not realised herself that she loves Amy in a different way. Fiona is angry at Amy for being abandoned a second time in her life and hopefully she gets to heal her wounds and realises that she was in love with Amy so she can move on with her life.

Just watched the trailer and there was no scene with kumi and shuuchi together. There was 3 scenes with kumi and rei together. 2 of those scenes rei and kumi were bumping shoulders together, is it some kind of metaphor for them having sex or something. I think kyotoani know how to sell the anime and what makes it popular. But I wouldn't be surprised by a bait and switch where het wins. Isn't entertainment media a reflection on our society? This means that het will win as Japan doesn't acknowledge people that our lesbians as being serious about their sexuality it's more of a phase high school girls go through and then get married to a man for stability. Basically, I fear the worst for the kumiXRei ship as an iceberg that is big as a wall will sink the ship. Yet I am a masochist and will watch until the bitter end of this anime that's has awesome soundtrack/animations.

Why is there so many labels for sexuality it makes no sense now a days. If you like someone that should be it or if your asexual and don't like people sexually that’s cool. I don't understand these new terms like pansexual and demi sexual. People like to overcomplicate things nowadays.

If we put it in context Maki is a creep because he likes to watch other people's relationships and gets enjoyment out of it. Yuu is a confused teenager that thinks she hasn't fallen in love already when she has fallen in love. Touko is exploring her hormones as she confessed to Yuu after 2 chapters and wants to pop Yuu's cherry, whilst not wanting to be shackled down in a relationship. She is infatuated with Yuu. I wouldn't say she loves Yuu as only thinks about herself and what she can get out of Yuu. If you love someone you do think about what the other person wants and needs not just your own desires. The whole manga I think Touko has used the pronoun "I" more than "we". In this chapter she says "Just recharging my battery." What about Yuu's battery she doesn't think about that, does she. My point is that none of them need an exact label of their sexuality as they are all still young and learning about themselves.

My interpretation of this story is that Yuu is the seed and Touko is the soil/dirt. Yuu has struggle past her feelings for Touko to eventually reach the sunlight and bloom. I think this whole story is setting up Yuu for a future character that’s she will fall in love with, because of her hardship that she has to go through with Touko.

I think Touko is not the end game for this manga as all signs point to ToukoXYuu being in a disastrous relationship. The end point for Yuu is her actually falling in love with someone. Maybe this whole story is a flash back that Yuu is telling her future girlfriend. As some of things that Yuu says indicate that, in chapter 5 at the end, Yuu says "I didn't realize it at that time." It’s like Yuu saying her first love story to someone. Or it could mean other things but I don't think Yuu and Touko will have a happy ending.

I will watch knowing that het will win and then punch my monitor at the sheer audacity of Kyoto ani studios to bait yuri when there is hardly any yuri anime.

At least both girls get good source of protein and iron from eating each others eyeballs. Thats the most postive outlook I have on this manga.

Nezchan. That actually would be the best twist ever to find out Sun Jing is actually an alien. We find out that Sun Jing mission is to destroy the world but she has fallen in love and her mating ritual requires touching Qiu Tong eyelashes.

Maybe it’s mistranslated and Sun Jing was actually saying there was an eyelash near her eyes, or something. That would actually make more sense. Or the author is making a comedic take on the popular craze that started in Japan where people would lick other people eyeballs. This started all because of a Japanese song where the two girls were licking each other eyeballs. I think it stared in 2009 and people copied the video even though licking other people's eyeballs is the most disgusting thing ever but people are mindless sheep’s. I don't know I linked these two topics and it’s a really far stretch but that’s the only explanation I can come up with.

Who doesn't like the metallic taste of blood in their mouth cause that’s not creepy or anything. A ghost tasting your blood doesn't scream of a beginning of a horror story. This story is really weird, I’m glad we have different variety of yuri manga's.

Yuu is going to get hurt. As the progression of the story has gone along, majority of the hints are suggesting this. It's whether Touko's perspective and views on love and life changes. That is what I'm interested in. As Touko has already experienced a hardship in her life with her sister dying. Plus, her family life from the small glimpse that we get from her perspective is that they have an expectation of her. She has a very skewed perspective of love with it being like a shackle. She is a very pessimistic person in how she views the world.

If Yuu can maybe change Touko's views on love and life then a healthy relationship can be established. But the way the manga has set out seems to me that there will be no happy ending for Yuu only pain. I really did want a happy ending as I'm tired of reading angst yuri manga's. Every yuri manga I'm reading has angst and a bad ending but alas that is the reflection of life. :(

I thought touko was going to kill Yuu there for a second. Yuu should stop this whole thing before Touko becomes Mirai Nikki and locks Yuu to a chair. I don't ship the ToukoXYuu ship anymore. Save yourself Yuu.

The thing that annoys me with person of interest is how stubborn Harold is. How could he not have some foresight that his friends were going to die what with Samaritan controlling everything? So many times Root told him that he needs to give the machine the tools to fight. Yet, Harold ignored those warnings because of his stubbornness and now he decides to fight back.

Another annoying plot point is Harold deciding to go to the cafe where he had his anniversary. You think with how careful he has been and what with his high intellect he would maybe realise going to where he used to have his anniversary is a bad idea. The whole plot of Harold slipping up is contrived and is a stupid way to move the plot forward. Other than that POI is a good watch and more people should watch it.

Her original goal was to get an A by sleeping with Reiko. Even though, she wrote and edited her thesis. She only did that because Reiko made her edit it and write it. She didn't do it on her free will/her own motivation.

Maybe Sayaka does love Touko that strives to be. But Its so predictable of a plot . The next predictable plot is if at the end sayaka ends up with touko. What with sayaka being the best friend and if this follows anime/manga logic the best friend always wins.

when sayaka describes touko it feels superficial. She describes about how touko is great at everything. Sayaka is blinded by her "love". Touko isn't perfect at all but sayaka thinks she is because touko has kept this image up with everyone. I didn't want sayaka to be in love with touko but it was obvious from the start that this would happen. What needs to happen is for touko to get jealous of Yuu. They may need to enter another character in the mix. Touko needs realise that maybe she does want her feelings reciprocated and not just enter in a one sided affair.

If I was Reo I would tell Meiko that I'll always be her friend but she needs to go to a therapist and sort her mental state out. Also Reo needs to go to therapy and overcome her guilt as she did nothing wrong. Basically everyone needs therapy in this manga. But, that’s why it’s a drama manga so the problems don't get solved easily instead they get dragged out

The thing that would make this manga better is if Meiko changes and stops being a controlling person. I want to see the change happen then I can support Reo X Meiko ship but for now I ship glasses girl with Reo.

Reading chapter 11 and seeing Yuu and Touko flirting with each other makes my yuri hart flutter. This manga has definitely become one of my favourite manga to read. However, I think that the author is going to put a wrench in the couple's progress at the play. I do think they need something to shake them out of their way of thinking. They can't keep progressing the way they are they both need to confront their feelings. In Touko's case she needs to realise that she actually wants Yuu to like her and that’s its okay for people in love to want things from their partner. With Yuu she needs to realise she is failing in love. The wrench in their progress most likely would be Sayaka. She seems the most obvious out of the characters. I just hope it won't have a bad ending. I need happy endings.
