"Why did you let me hear those words" That line got me thinking, is it possible that No-Rae was a victim of one of those 'champion', where the guy only approached No-Rae to score? That's why she is so hurt and decided to shut her heart for good. Now I'm getting even more curious about No-Rae's past relationship, and I'm hoping that will get a chapter about that soon.

Hmmm.. you got me thinking there. That could be the case regarding No-rae. But that "Why did you let me hear those words" line, in my opinion, may also mean about No-rae's being unbiased towards other people regardless on what rumors she hears about them (I can't word what exactly that is, refer to the past chapters :p ). Since in her self she knows how much she cares about Seol-a, she can't help but to get angry or be cold towards her. Her judgement towards Seol-a is being tainted because of what she saw or heard.

Oh, but what you said made much more sense! Just looking at it on another angle :D

Kim No-rae, you need to get your act together! If I'm receiving emotional whiplash - switching between swooning to feeling upset because of you - I can only imagine how confused Seol-a must be.

I get the impression that No-rae is doing the rejecting while she still can before her heart is completely exposed and she becomes the rejected instead. Since she's probably assuming her feelings won't or can't be reciprocated. Because if she simply wanted to end things with Seol-a, she could explain and tell her the truth. And in her mind that would most likely cut their ties as well. But, the difference is she would be the one to get hurt then.

At least No-rae knows she was in the wrong and feels bad about it. That does redeem her... a bit. XP

Spot on!!! OMG. Now that I read your explanation I remembered that in the past I put someone like that in Seol-a's position now. So I can sympathize with No-rae. (The difference is that I did not get chased after :P oh well).

To me this is some kind of defense mechanism that No-rae consciously put up so she can avoid whatever happened to her in the past. So to whoever mentioned it before, the No-rae's heartbreak flashback is really timely. (sorry lazy to read back)
I think that one is so devastation that it made her to take a break from the uni. So curious on what really happened.

But, wow, I've got to hand it to Seol-a, she's a lot stronger than she appears, to be able to hear all of that and still persevere even when it touches deeply upon her past fears. :3 I hope she gives No-rae an earful in return. lol.

I think Seol-a wants to follow and talk to No-rae no matter what as it is still not clear to her why No-rae would do those things. Also, No-rae is one of her very few girl friends so I can understand Seol-a's actions. That said, I still can't imagine what will happen when Seol-a manages to reach No-rae. (Unless Seol-a gets lost, have an accident, No-rae will hear about it, No-rae will feel guilty, look for her, care for her.. and so on [gotta stop my delusions!!!])

I'm a tad disappointed that, had Seol-a not called, No-rae wouldn't have even gone looking for her (it looks like). I would have rather her shown up in the wrong place (or at least called her again) than the fact that Seol-a had to call her before No-rae did anything.

That being said, does anyone think Seol-a actually knew what Kyung-Woo was trying to do, when he said, "Shall we rest somewhere....?" Because I feel like that was why she called No-rae (in this regard, I'm pleased...because if it's true, Seol-a was almost as responsible for not being taken advantage of as No-rae was), although her original intention was just to get No-rae to go along with her...not take her home. One of my secondary reasons for thinking like that is because of this panel:

Her expression is really serious....I don't know about y'all, but when I'm calling someone I really like talking to (like my best friend from forever), I'm all smiles. And if I'm drunk, well them I'm grinning from ear to ear. This serious expression says a lot (to me, anyways....she's basically drunk enough to not be able to walk anywhere -- i.e. crouching on the ground and demanding a drink -- yet still has enough wits about her to get out her phone, unlock it, find No-rae's number and call her -- which I definitely can't do nearly as smoothly, if at all, when I'm drunk).

Even in the panels leading up to this...it seems like Seol-a was protecting herself. For example, the eyes comment -- she knew she couldn't tell what he was thinking.

Agreed, and also from the part when Kyung-woo said they should go somewhere (i think someone mentioned this earlier) and she diverted the topic (saying how cute he is..i don't know if i get that part right). And then she said she's thristy maybe to have a chance to call No-rae. It might be like Seol-A got cold water poured onto her head (not literally, like an alert signal has been raised) thus sobering her up a bit to make that call. Not that she wants to go home, she looked like she does just need a chaperone so that something bad can be avoided. But she's clearly drunk.

Does anyone know what that whole license plate thing was about?

I don't understand why that's an ah-ha moment....was there something I missed?

I think that "Ah" part is for Kyung-woo's realization that he's been found out.

I'm actually really sad about this chapter, now that I know what they're saying. I feel really bad for No-rae...because she literally said:

I think she's referring to the fact that she thinks she misunderstood (when, we know in fact, that she most certainly did not) Kyung-woo's intentions, and lashed out at him. She's regretting her actions and punishing herself, when she has no idea how heroic she actually was. Argh. Poor No-Rae. I'm wondering how long she's going to have to suffer with this and to how far her self-punishment will escalate. She wouldn't even let herself touch Seol-a in the last panel.

Let's be positive :) i think this is some sort of build up for the next chapter. And i cannot help but to create scenarios in my head again.

Oh xyth you are not alone on this. FF is actually a very good stimulant for me. The amount of blood my heart pumps into my sleepy brain never ceases to amaze me every time I think about these two lovely ladies of FF. Seriously, cases are: whenever I need to wake up in the morning and in class, whenever I get bored while studying, while I commute, whew, like all the time. These headcanons of what ifs and will they and when will and yeah you got my point - I'm ruined perfectly xp

1. Mistook Kyung-woo for No-rae due to her drunkenness and their resemblance (as per Seol-A some chapters ago)
   And then:
   1.A. Seol-A will affectionately call Kyung-woo "No-rae" and then cry and ask why "No-rae" she ignored her, etc.
   1.B. Will nag about how she ignored and treated her for the past few days and says how she's feeling lonely (or whatever she felt) and how important she is.
   1.C. If he tries to force her Seol-A kicks his ass or if No-rae went there, saves Seol-A..the argue then make up ;) *

2. Kyung-woo will be put off by this..he's there but Seol-A is thinking of (talking to) someone else..his ego hurt and then:
   2.A. Proceed with his evil plan (i don't wanna imagine that part)
   __2.A.i. I hope No-rae saves her :(( *
   __2.A.ii. Seol-A sobered up and kicks Kyung-woo's ass. And then she arrives to her appartment will see No-rae waiting for her..talks..make up*
   2.B. Will make him decide to take Seol-A to her apartment instead.
   __2.B.i. If No-rae happened to find them, she'll take charge of getting Seol-A home (dunno, call Ji-Hwan maybe? Cab?). Takes care of her..and realizes her feelings further..will have a monologue while watching the unconscious Seol-A not realizing she's hearing everything *
   __2.B.ii. As Kyung-woo drops Seol-A to her appartment, No-rae finds them, with Seol-A unconscious, and remembers about her lock, then decides to take her home. Kyung-woo will ask No-rae something about her relationship with Seol-A..No-rae said something then it was barely heard by semiconscious Seol-A...and then the one that we all love..a cliff hanger. *
