Other works being shitty, doesnt mean this is not, well, the same (if Jinno and Kousaka do end up together in that fluffy happily ever after way). Ppl are allowed to criticize what they've read, however niche. Sidenote, I mean yea it's a "niche yuri", but we've already got over hundred views on it.

Anw, I still hope the author doesnt avoid the problem and make this some mindless exploitation. Everything it needs is a reasonable ending. Welp, looks like Jinno won't open up to anyone except Kousaka now though.

It's chilling how realistic this is... The kid had just moved to this unfamiliar place, not to mention being neglected by her mom, her position is so vulnerable... I think next we're gonna see how the older woman isolated her, maybe even some gas-lighting... Whatever happens, it's likely that the friend from school is an important character who will make some big impact later on.

Anw I'm interested in how this story will go/end, it seems the author know what kind of stuff they're putting on the plate.

Tbh, I'd rather read a story about Mao x a girl who is like Mao. Like they are best friends, got to know each other through their exes or a bar or sth. It'd be an adult life story and pretty angst but welp more interesting than a naive underage schoolgirl going "I love you" for no real reason.

I never really like this manga, it is too sensitive for me... It makes me feel tiring and sad, until the ending of course, by then I just breath out in relief and think the mc is a super lucky girl. The supposed unrequited aspect is definitely the reason why this story feels so depressing to me.

Still, as I was rereading it, I realized how this story portraited so well the image of an "unreachable" crush, and the feeling of falling for them. Even though Chizuru constantly praised Kanae, there were moments when she was intimidated by Kanae. She put Kanae on such a high pedestal that the idea of being loved back seemed impossible. She chose the most passive way to express her feelings, and only for herself to see. Because of this, despite being the embodiment of beauty in Chizuru's mind, Kanae still appeared to be stone cold (and so so far away) at the same time, both to Chizuru and the reader. When the feeling turned out to be mutual, then you saw Kanae expressed more emotions.

Maybe I read into this too much, but I just like the idea of breaking someone's inhuman (good or bad) image in one's mind, revealing that someone to be just a normal person, and not so unreachable as you first thought.

Anw, that's another way to read this manga. I still don't really like it, but it is a fine read.

At first glance I was hoping this was gonna be about a dog girl and her owner. I was kind of dissapointed, but this is fine too.

I love it when Kayo gets all manipulative at the end, terrible moves for terrible ppl. Also the cat comparison is pretty cool.

Surprisingly this is pretty fun for me, it's the first story in which the cheated-on character is the one being manipulative. Of course even then the relationship is still on hellfire, but I do love myself some refreshing reversal such as this.

Really romantic and cute. I don't watch Idol master or even have interest in watching it, but this certainly made me want to find out more about these characters.

There's something very genuine about them, I can't pinpoint it, but I can definitely say they seems realistic to me.

I avoided this because the girls look the same, glad I finally got down to it.

Ok, why do all seem to assume spy and doc is a thing already?

How are they not a couple? Right after spy telling doc ab the tropical island dream, which is a good thing with no draw back for doc, doc just told her "i'm gonna sleep with some guy." If doc is together with spy, and is also a cheater, why would she mention it at that moment? It's more like she felt terrible because this cutie is risking her life for her and use that as a way to say "stay away", then when spy got all hurt, doc finally decided to speak her mind, but she was a tsun, so she spun her last statement into a clumsy way of saying "Please be more careful w your mission, also I miss you."

Spy might be going after doc, while doc is like "your job is too dangerous, i dont wanna moan anyone while im still young." Clearly doc likes spy, but she might also be someone who has lost her beloved(s) and doesn't want to get in a serious relationship again.

With all that said, truth is this is a badly written short. Spy is talking about their future as a couple, but doc acts as if they aren't in a relationship at all, this clearly contradicts. Also their faces are so similar and it annoys me.

First I was skeptical of their decision to just run away from responsibility, but then the story took to that issue. It was a genuine surprise to me, really nice surprise, too.

Even though the ending is not good for our girls, I can't dislike it, since this decision is also their growth. But tbh, I'd like to see the girls finding another solution on their own, because I hate reality.

I'm trying to find this manga that is a two-shots, the setting is probably just after the world war, the first shot is about a short black-haired girl finding her life in her town (which she call a "coal town") boring and suffocating, the only thing that motivates her is her love interest, a blondie. They are about 16-17 yrolds I think. There's also this abandoned train tunnel leading out of town that is symbolic for their freedom. The second is blondie's pov about her family and her love for blackhair, her dad died(?) in the war and she hate her mom for getting new partners when her dad isn't with them.

There's this brief sex scene between them that is some kind of weird ritual, and the manga is pretty atmospheric, it uses a lot of black and smoky effect.

I would be super thankful if someone help me find it, I tried the historical tag but no result. I'm definitely sure I read it on Dynasty btw.

ANW, I don't feel too bad about this since the author played the lolicon card as "Mimika likes Kaede because her personality, not because she is a lil kid". How Mimika notices every detail about Kaede, with borderline sexual undertone no less, creeps me out. Then turned out she only did that with Kaede. Doesn't make it better but... I guess I'm kinda ok with it since Mimika know how to Kodama.

The artstyle helps detaching this from reality, so I don't feel really bad enjoying it. Sometimes I even forget Kaede is 12-13.

I would say this is cute, but tbh I'm still conflicted. Is this normalizing paedophilia though? I don't know, I'm so lost right now. I'm not trying to cause flame, I just really don't know how to deal with this story ab loli... Please delete this if it causes any trouble.
