From what I've heard it's rather common for same-sex couples to start a family using donated sperm & surrogate's using IVF technology. It's not even isolated to same-sex couple's they're just the most obvious case.

But as I recall, IVF technology in Japan is reserved for hetero couples, so they would have to resort to more DIY methods.

Although I do admit, a lot of isekai has ridiculously overpowered protagonists. The better ones among them are either parodies or eventually at least give them enemies of similar power levels, but don't do much to help with the bigger problem.

Just the final version of the chapter, pretty common in naming the download files for some groups. Final chapters usually get "end" instead.
