No, Denpa Onna was completed. And with volume 9 announced we can assume he'll go back to a more regular schedule.

Can we? Do we know why the long break happened? Was he just working on other stuff that's finished now or something?

I don't know if a public confirmation has ever been said but I am guessing the break was to work on the Sayaka novels.
I guess more than assume, we can hope that he goes back to a more regular schedule, hopefully at least a volume a year.

^ I remember the first time I read the first volume I was under the impression that it would Shimamura who would be pursuing Adachi since honestly she already seem to be into her early on. Then I was surprised when it change to Adachi's pov and no, turns out Adachi was the one to fall first lol.

I wonder if the anime were to be super successful maybe Adashima could join those other series that get like a bunch of spin off or something and we could get complementary manga based on these what if AUs ^^ that would be fun tho who knows if they would get the feeling for them right.

It's just kinda funny the author himself puts this "what if" short stories for a bit of variety.

The adult OL AU would be fun to see how much would be different and how much would stay the same, even if they aren't that different from their HS selves the context of meeting as adults would be a fun spin. Plus more adult Yuri is always a win

I would like to think that even in the other what if were Adachi didn't fall in love so soon, and were maybe its Shimamura who falls first, that it would still be Adachi's influence that makes Shima want to change, I dunno like maybe while Adachi isn't in love with her (yet) she is still the one who goes out of the flow to keep her relationship with Shimamura, who maybe in the middle of realizing her feelings for Adachi and what that would be for the way she goes about her life she is kinda unable to get a solution on the spot and lets herself be taken by the flow by usual thinking that is for the better but Adachi is still the one that reaches out.

or something like that, I dunno that just sounds like a repeat of vol4 but with feelings changed, I mostly would want to think that Adachi's efforts in the original story wouldn't be so easily to be shrug off in the what if story.

^That sounds great, but if thwy do go in detail with that, that just means there may be even more chapters of them separated so I hope we can have a good handful of chapters of them together before that ;w;

I am glad my Byleth x Shamir request made it in! (especially since my HikaLala requests didn't :,c) but I just realized that in my excitement for seeing content of this pairing I hadn't noticed that it uses mint-green Byleth rather than her original hair so that means this would be from a non-CF enfing :(

reading the phrase "image training" and the first thing that comes to mind is the Yuru Camp OST where a handful of tracks are Nadeshiko and Rin talking and in one of Nadeshiko is talking about it, I love listening them talk~

unfortunate indeed, It's a really cute and enjoyable manga so hopefully either and official trqanslation or anime happen eventually then.
Have to wonder how much stuff here would have to stop their translations if everyone asked the authors in all cases

@Cloy552 she has? I read the manga until the end of the studen counceil arc but I don't really remember if there was any case of that, and the anime hasn't show anything like that has it? she seems to want to keep up agains Mary and Maria.
Honestly I find Nicole so boring ,it would be such a waste for Sophia to try to pairing them ip instead of trying to to it for herslef

it could impliy many things, not sure how is that the only one that could be the case

not to get in a discussion, but, do you really, honestly, belive that Nio couldn't have really made Haru completely different character? that she genuinely couldn't come up with any new kind of character and did a "clone" of Yuu? cause it was that hard to do something 100% different?

(and to be clear I am not even saying that Haru is just a Yuu reskin, just that there is a resemblance and that it was intentional)

until I get the chance to properly read the Sayaka novels and get to fully now Haru on the third, I am going to go ahead and believe the resemblance physical and, supposedly, personality wise between Haru and Yuu is fully on purpose.

I unironically love this ship, Particularly like it in CF actually, love me some literal soulmates
