They didn't have sex in the anime/vol 3 ending. It's implied by the framing in the anime, but in the original it was a too-heavy makeout session. The anime skipped it for the "they had sex" framing in order to make it a satisfying conclusion in the case S2 didn't get greenlit and to save screentime (and also not force people to sit through anis's seiyuu moaning on the tv)

I wouldn't sweat it too much. From their past posts, h3x seems like a salty 4channer from like 2007 /u/ who's always mad about everything. They haven't said anything untrue, per se, but their interpretation of events is usually more dire than it is in reality.

If you've seen kpop fandom, they use "bias" for basically the same term.
Your oshi is someone for whom you cheer on (oshi). So if you stan someone, they're your oshi.
It can range from a fave to a crush. Gotta love fandom terms.
