Also, also: I liked the idea of MC being able to impress the ancient witch with her own worth, as it made their partnership somewhat on the same footing... But the witch went and "tuned her up", turning MC into Generic Isekai MC, which is off considering this is NOT an isekai.

I will keep an eye out for this story, hopefully some of those things don't get worst as it goes on.

Looking at these two all I can say is... Torajirou-sensei is really pent up.

Good art, the story is a bit cliche, but the fact that is not a "would they?" but rather a "when will they?" makes it a bit refreshing.
