I don't myself call actual afterlife with actual memory-having personalities with actual physical contact between them bittersweet at all.

I think most people would consider it bittersweet because Heath continued living without Lily for over 100 years. It's sweet because they got to be together again in the end, but bitter because of how long they had to wait for it.

Also heartbreaking because of Iris finding herself alone once again.

Maaaan, I fully expected the last chapter to go this way, but I wasn't thinking about was Iris with that expectation T.T

Honestly, I have to commend Ai for holding back when getting the manga. I definitely understand that feeling of wanting to share with the world when your lover creates something amazing.

I seem to vaguely remember a manga that did a joke(?), with one of them saying "no" and the other than actually stopping. Thought it was pretty notable, but I can't at the moment remember which one it was.

That was a nice chapter. I always enjoy seeing the previous Himawari-san, even if it's only in memories.

I never get why people see Kronii as a narcissist. She just comes off as cute, quiet, and awkward.

Because her persona is a narcissist, there is really nothing more to it.

It's made all the more funny by the fact that she'll get immediately flustered when someone compliments her out of nowhere.

^ Watch her Monster Hunter Rise stream, specifically during and right after character creation, and you'll see a good example of why this joke is a thing.

It's interesting that I seem to be one of the few, at least it feels like it, that doesn't mind the over the top dialogue and exaggerated expressions. I don't really think anything of it, having exaggerated and wild sex scenes just feels like the artist/writer is having fun making the scenes. That's part of the joy of comics and their creation for me. I also feel like calling this things such as "cheap hentai" and so fourth is an insult to the creator. Ah well, everyone has their opinions, so to each their own.

Considering how over the top silly the manga is in general I don't see why people are surprised that it goes into its sex scene with the same amount of silly gusto.
