I couldn’t find where in the series Yuri Cafe was mentioned so I have no context, but the first one I thought of was this.

In fact, Marion Diabolito's post originally even mentioned that one by name in that question, but it seems to have been edited out now. It's apparently also the second result after Yuru Yuri when searching for yuri café on MAL, not exact title like this exists there indeed, although the manga database can be slow to add new entries.

Does this count as mutual wingmanship?

Sorry, that’s not how it works in yuri—you’re required to go through several chapters minimum of ignoring obvious signals, failing to take advantage of golden opportunities to confess, misinterpreting the meaning of the word “date,” and wondering if what the other person explicitly said is what they really meant.

Admittedly, this couple already did some of that as well. ;)

Maybe the sleepy marriage proposal was like a ... climax of short? or the author got busy with something else, I want to believe the second, can't accept if it was an axe, author would get noticed weeks or months before.

Regular romance ends with getting together, so manga where they're already together ends with marriage? Makes sense in a way, although considering the kind of story this has been, it really wouldn't change that much. And there are still so many plot lines open...

And yes, it would certainly be nice to see a new major work from the author. The bite-size episodes here have been nice, but I'd definitely welcome a new story with full length chapters.

is it R-18 book?

Censorship certainly suggests that and makes it the most likely explanation, although it may also be there to keep us from knowing what it is yet, so it may also be something else, e.g. yaoi as the usual counterpart to yuri, or possibly one of Nyapoleon-sensei's works.
