First of all, it was an arranged marriage. Senondly, I'm pretty sire we was a duche bag and talked crap about her with his side hoes (though I may have made that part up in my head, Idr.) And lastly but MOST IMPORTANTLY, in no universe will Maki EVER end up with a male. EVER.

^only read the chapters i worked on but I ship Nino and Key. Didn't really love the ending but I'm not too crazy about the story over all.

^ I think ithe was supposed to be an indigo color, not too far off from the real thing.

That last one was a lot better than the rest of the series I really enjoyed it. Probayou just because it wasn't out of order tho. And no art shifts. But wow, while I hate the idea of Maki and Nicole breaking up, this story was really nice. Nice to see Ooshima finally got them in futon. ^.^
