Well, this started off with the game of "guess who the not-so mysterious transfer student is?" so I haven't been expecting staggeringly original story-telling (though I'd be happy to be proven wrong). Kinda assumed when the new nurse was mentioned that she'd have some sordid past with Mishio from her old school. And it seems many other readers felt the same way, judging by the comments here. But the characters are strong and the art is good, so who cares even if the plot is a tad predictable?

This is turning out to be unexpectedly great. Ena is cute and they've got a Yuzu/Mei dynamic going on. I especially like that Ena can't just pull her out of her doubt and trepidation impulsively like this - she's no manic pixie dream girl who says all the right things all the time.

Liking Ena. Not liking Mishio; character feels cliché.

It's hard to get a read on Mishio. I think she's slightly more complex than others of her type - her coldness and cynicism is clearly a front, to hide her fear, and underneath that she seems to be something of a shy romantic type.

However, I still don't really get why she kissed Ena out of nowhere like that. Was she really so feverish as to act without thinking? Then why'd she seem perfectly lucid right afterwards? Was she just so smitten that she couldn't hold herself back? Or was she acting out some self-destruction impulse? I don't really have a good answer.

Sometimes if you are so so break, you don't want anybody be near you, and if you hate yourself for being a lesbian, maybe kiss a girl and see how she freaking out it's what you want. Mishio even change her caracter at a cold one when she saw that Ena liked her laughting for what happened during the kiss xD and blushing when Ena told her to smile

Every time I look at Number 11 and her wonky ass belt, plus the fact that she might be a match for Nuida, I realize she might be The younger of the Assassin Sisters from his other work, The Voynich Hotel. Wouldn't be strange considering Noroijima premiered in another of his works too.

I liked Kimi Koi Limit, and I like all the mangaka's work. But the main complaint people have about her main character in KiKoRi is that she's immature and dependent and seems to be rewarded for it in the end by everyone else stretching to accommodate her. In a way that's a little hypocritical and ironic - I can't think of a yuri critic who would ever bad-mouth Octave even though its main character is a lot like the one in Kimi Koi Limit.

Ohhhh I read so much people who bad-mouth Octave for her MC xDDDD some of them gave it even an 1 in Baka Updates. They made me wonder if they actually read the whole manga and understand it.

I'm going to predict the plot, so quote me on this.

High expectations from parents, drama and bullying at previous school, feeling smothered and alone, transfers to new school, still feeling smothered while not much alone anymore, possible subtext romance, everything gets solved.

Honestly my go-to series as far as Dowman is concerned, though I love his other works too. Even managed to snag me a copy of the tank'. So far I love all the Oddmen (Itami-bro included) but I've gotta feeling that #11 is gonna be something. Even them sweet pigtails from her silhouette and her sick-ass belt are a prelude of goodness to come.

But, if I recall good, we miss oddman 11 and oddman 6 o.o I don't know who are those two at least (not yet).

But this here is less "alright, here's a one-shot, that was popular, so now it's a series" and more "...so I made some extras, and then a few chapters, and then re-did the old ones, and then some extras to that, and then some extras to those extras, and then I turned some of the extras in a mini-series, and then I expanded the main series again, and then..."
