Another suggestion:

On the series page, clicking on the cover thumbnail should open the original full-size image.

As far as I know, the thumbnail is always generated from a larger uploaded image, not uploaded as is (already as a small thumbnail). If this is correct, then this means that there is always a original full-size image for each thumbnail; it's just that there is no way to get to it.

e.g.

A series page:
http://dynasty-scans.com/series/stretch

The thumbnail on that page:
http://dynasty-scans.com/system/tag_contents_covers/000/004/175/medium/001_001_00.jpg?1393727377

There is no link to the original image.
However, you can manually go to it. You take the above URL and modify it to this:
http://dynasty-scans.com/system/tag_contents_covers/000/004/175/original/001_001_00.jpg?1393727377
Basically, you replace "medium" with "original".

As mentioned before, there is indeed a "workaround" right now of getting the link with the correct page number and the fragment identifier to jump to the post on the page.

However, while I personally am comfortable to do this (via Inspect Element, so on), it is not that easy for "normal people" to do. Also, even if you know how to do the "trick", it is still a pretty convoluted way to get a "pseudo-permalink".

More importantly, this really doesn't work that well if it is for a post near the top of the page. If one or many old posts in the thread get deleted, the post "falls" to the previous page, and so, given that the page number of the post is now different, that "pseudo-permalink" stops working.

I would like to make the following suggestion.

It is something that I have mentioned before but just randomly in some other thread. And I don't believe anyone has ever mentioned it in this suggestion thread.

 
Obviously merely my opinion... Basically, I feel that the "Source" button on image pages is not very prominent and a bit easy to miss.

Personally, when I post images, usually fan art, I always try to make sure to source them properly (give credit where it's due) but also to make the links prominent enough to try to encourage people to go check out the artists and their other works. I feel that any given image is basically a chance of "exposure" for the artist.

Furthermore, having the link as a "Source" button is inconsistent with how the link to the author's site on author pages is presented.
e.g.
http://dynasty-scans.com/authors/ssamba

As can be seen on the above example page, on author pages, it is a simple textual link where the label is the URL itself. Though it's not exactly the same thing (author's site vs source of an image), it is the same "kind" of thing, that is, a link to an external site page at the top of the page, and yet, they are presented quite differently.

Just personally speaking, I much prefer if the source link on image pages would be done in the same way as the link to the author's site. I think that is as prominent as it gets, because we (as in, anyone who is used to browsing the Web) would immediately see it, given that we have been "trained" to notice/locate links on webpages, and we are also "compelled" to click on prominent links.

Though this is a suggestion based merely on my preferences, I did notice a few other people also not noticing or knowing about that button. Purely anecdotal.

As a side note, given that certain URLs can be extremely long, then there would obviously need to be some consideration for layout and text overflow handling (most likely hiding the rest when it is too long). From a layout perspective, text links have the "disadvantage" of being variable in width rather than having a constant width like the "Source" button. But as long as it is handled properly, I don't think this would be much of an issue.

 
In my opinion, this is a very small change from a technical standpoint, but I feel that this might be beneficial to artists.

You know, for whatever reason, when I first caught a glimpse of that image, the following thought streaked through my mind.

For a second, I was thinking that this might be a new character in FF, likely because the character is drawn in an FF style. (Well, it is ssamba's art style after all.)

And I thought for a second, "Wait! After the hiatus, are they introducing a random new character love rival between Seol-a and No-rae?!!"

Then I remembered, oh right, this isn't Citrus.

 
This isn't a joke, BTW. I really did actually think that for a split second before reading the translation. It is likely because I recently read the latest Citrus chapter, and... well, you can already guess the OMFG plot twist. I have no clue why I'm still reading...

ones with good specs cost too much so i just bought something that i can easily work with~ it took longer for me to purchase than i’d expected;; i had suddenly gotten a flu (+fatigue) so i was sick for few days… (insert korean saying about how not even dogs get sick in the summer but she did)

but now i am recuperating!! but anyways this new computer is p good.

first of all!! not a noise! prev. computer made a loud sound like an elephant 10 minutes after having it turned on!! it made me feel uncomfortable!

so i have been installing many things on my computer and it drained out all of my energy.. tbh i dont like buying new things.. i like to constantly use something i’m used to..so even though i complain about old things, i use it until it gives out and breaks;;

i should really get used to this new one.. but i’m still a little awkward with the new OS -_-;

it’ll all be ok~

ah, and also from the prev post i made, thanks for whoever that let me know of the site called pomppu! i was web surfing and it had given me a lot of help while i was browsing for the new computer! thank you~

Haha, this doesn’t look like it’s done by me because the color palette is so light and fluffy. But I’m quite happy with it because the final outcome was close to what I planned. And I was able to light it better. There are things I would still improve upon like the bench I didn’t spend too much time on haha. Plus could’ve added more background shrubs, but I’m letting this go and will just do better next time.

Hmmm what else…I’ve always wanted to style No-rae with nicer clothes, but I kept in mind that the aesthetic should stay true to her personality.

Also, I only realized afterwards that I could have posed Seol-a’s hand on top of No-rae’s head! Would’ve been funnier to show that she put the bread crumbs on No-rae’s head hehe.

I encourage you to zoom-in, but if it’s a hassle, here’s a close-up:
