Added by the translator yes. This translation pulls in all sorts of western references and is somewhat localized.

And with that it loses a full half of its standing in my eyes. Shoehorning nonexistent references and whatnot is one of the many marks of a shitty translator.

Back when there was only 1 chapter, I asked why the Gay for Pay tab was used, since there was no indication of her being straight.
After chapter 2, I still stand by it. Her het declaration is the equivalent of a kid claiming that they didn't break the expensive vase, and it was instead the invisible monster.

... So? She's still working as a call girl with an exclusively female clientele, initially and so far only for the money, and has repeatedly denied being a lesbian whenever the subject is brought up. Just because it's plainly obvious to us readers from the beginning that she's in denial doesn't change the fact that she explicitly declared herself to be heterosexual and evidently thinks of herself as being that even when alone to her thoughts.

It's kinda like how Danbooru tagging works: Tag what you see, including the dialogue.

Well, if your mind/brain is wired to be attracted to the sex that is opposite of yours, why would that change when your body changes from its original sex to the opposite one? It's not like scientists have unlocked the secrets of brain biochemistry that govern what determines a person's sexual orientation. Do we even know that it's entirely inborn, and not affected to at least some degree in at least some cases by environmental influences on one's psychology over the course of their pre-adolescent life? Sure, being raised by a homosexual couple apparently has no correlation with what your sexual orientation would be, but do we know for sure that all homosexual couples raise their children the same way?
