no, not that.. please reread the scene.. Sumin tells Seju to wrap up as well and find a replacement for both of them.. (then you see the Chairman's will panel) Gaji is telling you that Sumin is talking about his will.. Sumin thought Seju knew about it and she also should be preparing for the his plan.

Mostly because I genuinely would like to better understand how you're getting your context before agreeing or disagreeing with you :P

as about what I meant that Sumin didn't refuse.. it was clearly shown that she was pursuing with the chairman's plan from what we could get from the talk she had with Seju in ch62.

anyways.. what's interesting is.. back then when Seju found out, she snapped and even went too far to slap Saehyun for it. Would she still have the same reaction now.. interesting.

very good.. since you have the chapters with you.. let's visit ch62.. look for Sumin and Seju's conversation at the office.. Sumin was about to open the topic with Seju and stopped as she knew that Seju doesn't know about it.. SO, Sumin indeed didn't reject.. but held it off a bit.
you can also ask yourself why didn't she look for a job.

Sungji also said one of them will have their feelings hurt which kind of implies she's gonna do what she can to make sure she's the only one for Sumin.

try thinking about it this way:
Sumin's feelings will get hurt both ways.. it's inevitable.
what Sungji means, is that Seju won't hurt Sumin anymore.. to understand that.. try to recall how Sungji thinks of Seju:
ch55: the alcohol and Sumin's felled out button
ch56: Sumin to Sungji: "the way we broke up was the absolute worse.. it makes me hate to think how much I used to like her"
ch77: how Sungji is holding Sumin in a very protective manner from Seju
ch79: Sungji to Seju: "why do you have to be such a bad person"
ch84: Sungji to Seju: "Do you usually get violently drunk?"

Sungji's perspective of Seju is that she is dangerous and she hurt Sumin so badly.
in ch46, bed talk.. you know that Sungji and Nammi talk about Sumin.. so Nammi can affect Sungji perspective about: the tattoo, and Ms. Choi ratting out.

what I want to say is: Sungji is protective of Sumin
she DIDN'T forgive her.. but PROTECTIVE of her..

you are forgetting that Sumin does respect the Chairman so much.. to a point she brought him a gift that made him tear in ch5.. when she knew he was sick.. she felt so worried and shocked in ch38.. in ch58, you should also deduce what he means to her. Sumin feels absolute guilt that whatever happened to Seju is because of her somewhat.. and she didn't refuse the chairman's will.. so, even if Sumin didn't go directly.. she will follow sooner or later.

about the pleading scene in this chapter.. we have to connect the dots from ch27 (ch55 flashback).. Seju did warn Sungji, Seju who saw a 31 breakups and knows how Sumin does her girlfriends back then knew that Sumin will end up hurting Sungji thus (it's best for you to not fall so deeply for her Miss. Ju) .. now let's see ch86: Seju knows that Sumin loves her still and they BOTH need each other, and Sumin feels guilty for not being able to take responsibility.. AND she still expected that Sumin would hurt Sungji by making a mistake.. WHICH in fact did happen. Thus, she told Sungji: "I think you are the one who is miserable". this pittying thing been going on between the two for a while.. ch55, ch79 and this chapter.

Bottom Line
Seju pleading is for Sungji to end this.. because Sungji is right, both of them are going to be hurt and it's not like Seju and Sumin would cut their ties anytime soon. elongating this will hurt Sungji even more.. because well, Seju is used to this !

1. Seju knows that at this point.. Sungji won't believe her. Her choice of not saying is actually enough evidence that she didn't do anything sexual with Sumin (given the fact that Seju had no problem letting Sungji walk on her and Sumin in ch55.. if there was anything, she would've said so and bragged about it.. if she said NO nothing happened, then it will only translates in Sungji's mind as: please let me stay!)
2. Seju was telling Sungji in her way, that Sumin actually is working hard to please Sungji.. and whatever Seju is getting is a mere leftover.. but you know what, go to ch83. cafe talk between them. Seju thinks that Sumin hates her and wants her to disappear.. it was Sungji who thinks: Team Leader Nim doesn't want you to disappear and she doesn't hate you either. hmmm
3. it's kinda sweet also, Sumin in ch80 thought that Seju doesn't like hand stains.. but look on how Seju was holding and smelling the glove ~
4. Seju telling Sungji not to forgive Sumin has two directions: a) Seju knows that at some point Sumin would hurt Sungji badly by mistake given the guilt that Sumin feels for not being able to by Seju's side. b) Seju does need Sumin more than ever.
5. Sumin saw the news.. her head was up looking at the screen.. when she was shocked and sweaty at the news.
6. Sungji is now in a position where she knows that someone's feelings are on the line.. To start off, I don't believe those were Sumin's "unspoken words".. she actually said them to Sungji before she left in anger last chapter, but team Gaji decided to show us the scene now so we could get the chance to see how Sungji perceived Sumin's words.

1. Sungji DIDN'T forgive Sumin, not back then in ch67 and not now.. I remember what she said on the phone call with Sumin back then http://imgur.com/a/PpfMN .. Sungji thinks that she doesn't need to forgive Sumin to be with her.
2. What Sungji thinks, is very contradictory.. because she still can't get the image of Sumin being with Seju after what she saw in ch55.
3. it's just astonishing that Seju and Sungji had the same preference: "you should've just made up a lie" heheheh
4. even before Seju knew that the gloves are for her, she liked Sumin craftiness hahah.. I agree with Foxy lady about the care and the precision that Sumin put into the gloves.. it's so considerate and conveys a lot of love.. Seju's perception of it is also interesting: "left over love".. can you see again where Sumin and Seju's problems lay ?.. but you know what, Seju still loves it regardless.. 5. what I think Sumin was saying is: what would happen if she doesn't keep an eye on Sungji. She knows that Sungji is loyal and honest, still she had a problem with jealousy, and it is sure was hell for Sungji to trust Sumin whom she has every reason to doubt !!!
6. The irony!! Sumin wants to keep apologising.. Seju was like: do you think she will accept it! (Seju who kept apologising and trying to explain herself in ch26 and 27 was only faced by rejection and closed doors of Sumin's heart and mind.. the irony)

I was actually very shocked that finally in ch87 official translation they gave a gender to the TL.. in the proof read, I suggested keeping the TL gender neutral so we avoid any possible misunderstanding. I didn't expect at all that the TL will leave without even showing in a single panel.

Other than that, things are going where they said it might. Sungji has made her choice and the chairman and his will are coming into play once again.

I wanted to mention that I just read the official translation of Ch87, it refers to the Team Leader as a "she".. it was my idea to keep sentences about the TL "gender nutral" to play it safe with the information available at that moment. No regrets.. but it was worth metioning.

Still didn't get to read the chapter properly.. I was commuting from my home to the airport twice in just 24 hours XD.. I didnt even nap after my exam.

The good part is, I discovered an amazing restaurant at the Airport.. and had a food-gasm on the most delicious Crème brûlée I've ever tasted.
