So even after all this, I'm assuming they haven't figured out they're dating, gay, have human emotions, etc.

Perhaps the cherry thing was taken too far, as Haruka's boobs are literally growing off of her like fruit. A solid bit of force and Yuu could tear 'em right off.

I wish Dynasty Scans let me use emojis, because only the eyes emoji could properly describe the emotion I felt when I saw this.

And then I was promptly disappointed.

I gave this some thought and it's surprisingly hard to find a story where a female character falls in love with a girl, and then with a boy, and her feelings for another girl aren't treated as a phase. The TV Tropes "Bi the way" page wasn't much help. If I had to guess a reason for this, I'd say it's because anime and manga rarely treat bisexuality seriously in the first place. Possibly Shin Sekai Yori? I haven't watched it, but apparently it portrayed its same-sex relationships as serious even though they didn't end well. I've seen conflicting opinions about it, though.

Shinsekai Yori technically fits the bill? I don't wanna spoil anything, but I guess it sorta fits what OP is looking for. The romance isn't really the focus of the story, though.

I have to agree with Nezchan on this one. Age gap porn has always made me a little uncomfortable to begin with, and when it's with somebody as young as Mel, it's just... ew. Makes her Master seem like a complete creep.

This forum tends to get upset at works that aren't perfect fluffy love stories, and tends to be quick to conflate things they dislike with things that are badly written. I think Ohsawa Yayoi nailed this one. Love isn't always a good feeling.

I want to clarify that I definitely don't dislike this one, and I do think it's well written. Stories like this just... don't really resonate with me. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Something that is pivotal for me in any romance, yuri or otherwise, is for me to be able to look at both characters in a relationship and say "I can see why these people are in love with each other, despite their flaws".

I can't say that for this one.

This series has gone in a completely different direction than where it started and I am eating this shit up. I'll never get enough of easily-embarrassed gay nerds.
