Don't you need like, something to show for yourself when you do crowdfunding? At least I'm assuming that's how it works, I can't imagine anyone would throw money at something if it's just an idea. Since, y'know, all I've got right now is an idea.

Yes, you'd most likely need to show something up. Possibly character's profiles, informations on your setting, your plot. The funding would be meant for the assets of your VN (and maybe a programmer if you can't do it and don't intend to learn it yourself). You should start worrying about what you can do immediatly: writing (Which will also probably be the most difficult part in the first place). After you have more things to show, then you can look for ways to make your VN happen, be it crowdfunding, finding volunteers or however else.

That's actually a lot more complicated than I thought it would be... I mean I appreciate you taking the time to explain all of that, but seriously there's no way I'll be able to make a VN knowing all that.

I guess I'll just make interactive fiction instead, even though the likelihood of anyone playing (or reading it technically) is very low but at least I'll have done something with my ideas. I'd feel better knowing I've done something rather than just keep my ideas locked up in my imagination.

Don't give up, love. As Felloffalot pointed out, crowdfunding is always a possibility, maybe your idea will catch people's attentions. As for writing interactive fiction, you could try having these guys publish your story.

Not sure it is. Although best outcome is simply banning her, not using her to teach. Again, she PREVENTED the new little girl from tapping, freezing both her arms and ignoring her attempts to tap out, so she could APPLY HER CHOKEHOLD LONGER AND GENUINELY INJURE THE GIRL'S NECK. A couple broken arms wouldn't be overboard at all. She was bullying and terrorizing her. She's no better than the bullies that made Fu-chan stop going to school.

While I can't say overwhelming defeat isn't a humbling experience, it certainly isn't ideal for fixing Aki's atitude (and "knocking her out silly and breaking her arms to see how she likes it" is far from an effective teaching tool). She's still a kid, and even worse, one that's trained and strong, and thus dangerous. Hating her and getting petty revenge on her is unlikely to fix her attitude. Letting her loose on the streets with her atitude is likely irresponsible. What she needs is guidance, of the kind which Hokota, as a temporary teacher, most likely can't offer.

Hiroko (MC's gf) actually says that she didn't intend to become Sono's (MC) girlfriend but fell in love with her over time and couldn't let her go. She can hardly control who she loves or doesn't love, so if you're going to argue she deserves to be heartbroken, I disagree.

Doesn't change the fact that she kept her around for weeks/months willingly, nor the fact that she was aware MC wasn't over her past love and still decided to date. Sure, she might not control whether or not she likes MC, but she knew well exactly where she was going into. And no, I never said she deserved to be heartbroken, just that I find it hard to feel bad for her. Sure it sucks, but it's not like she has no responsability for her own suffering.

Kimi Koi Limit is frustrating on many levels. It's a love triangle where a nice person is left heartbroken, and the universe seems hellbent on rewarding MC for being cute and having an unrequited crush. That's said it's still a very good manga, even though I can't agree with some of the writing decisions.

It's been some time since I read it, so I don't remember it in details... But tbh I find it hard to feel bad for her. Firstly, because she didn't care about any other girl before and likely thought the same would happen with MC. And more importantly, because she accepted being MC's gf completely aware that MC wasn't over her first love.
