...You know that dancer guy is leaning up against the T in the giant LGBT on the back cover. So i'm guessing either trans man or trans woman. i'm leaning on trans man if it the lgbt means anything because then it would be boys on the right (Gay and Trans) and girls on the left (Lesbian and Bi). i could totally be wrong though.

Interesting. I have to admit I hadn't realized about this till you mentioned it.

So each character would be identified with the letter next to them? That makes Asa a "L" -- lesbian. I guess it goes well with her slightly butch image and her job as a drag king.

The short-haired blond boy would be a "G" (gay) and the tiny brunette with a pageboy haircut would be a "B" (bisexual). And that makes Akira, who has the "T" behind him, a trans. But I really wonder what they do mean by that. 'Trans' can mean so many different things these days. Transgender? Transsexual? Transvestite? Or perhaps genderqueer, genderfluid, non-binary... ℃(⊙_☉)

Funny thing, our MC doesn't appear next to the giant LGBT. I wonder why. Perhaps Gin's sexuality is a mystery so far?

Transvestite is an old word for a cross-dresser. It might even be taken as an insult these days, so better not even use that word at all.

Trans normally refers to transgender. Transsexual is a subset of transgender identity.

Rest of the stuff you mentioned goes into LGBT-plus territory. Trans means "opposite [side of]" or "other side of" in this context. Not unknown or uncertain.

I can't decide whether this is supposed to be a bad romance parody or what at this point...

First it was a typical chapter with some pretty humdrum humor, but then it got really good at the end.

doki doki Thank you, summer. And that face!

Harumi has become such a sexy beast now. Chiaki is getting dominated.

Now the writer is just making fun of all romantic drama... "I don't have right to love XXX!" :)

I just wonder what the purpose of that Sayaka prequel is? With it, she becomes way better fleshed out than Touko and Yuu are.

Even if they are "cashing on" YagaKimi name, a story where the main girl falls in love twice(?) and has to give up on that love twice(?)... What is it going for? Is there going to be a Sayaka sequel manga coming at some point? It will also highlight Sayaka's interest in Touko yet again and make it even more prominent than it already is.

"What should I do?".

Well girl, you should tell Kana to escort you all the way to your room and spend a night together. Because you know, it's dangerous to be alone. wink

These two are the most useless lesbians of all useless lesbians.

At this rate I think they might live just long enough to confess, and then die to a happy heart attack in ripe age of 80. :)

One game where a draw is the best result. Especially since you can have an immediate rematch.

There has been nothing of Sayaka being shown that she is the kind of person to do somethng underhanded like try snake Touko away when there is discord between the two. Not to mention it would be making Touko do to Yuu the same thing basically done to herself in middle school.

I don't understand why it's underhanded to just confess to someone. It's not like Touko is seeing anyone. Not even unofficially at this point. Yuu hasn't even told Sayaka she's been involved with Touko, even when she asked about it directly. And not only that, but Sayaka even told Yuu she loves Touko and of course because of that might tell her someday. Sayaka has already done everything right and then some.

Now that was a chapter that epitomized the title of this manga. Well done, Arisa! You finally broke Mari's mother. :)

I feel like in the real world application of that exchange, the boss would definitely think less flattery and more sucking up. However, in this fake setting, that was basically a confession, right?!

It looked like the boss initially thought it was a confession, but then backpedaled because... She didn't want to get her hopes up? :p

Based on how similar that girl looked to Konatsu, I have to assume that the school is actually a secret cloning facility dedicated to creating yuri clones of people. Konatsu was the first yuri clone to escape and the two girls that Koyuki met were about to run off with one another.

It's the only logical conclusion one can come to.

That's also why you have secretly bioengineered, intelligent animals roaming around everywhere and engaging in furious yuri shipping.

There we go, we got someone to distract the other bitch in the story. Sisters on double dates! Wooooo!

Imouto and Punk-Girl seem to share that love of physical expression like punching people straight into noggin or burying them at sea. High compatibility and instant match right there.

This story is just killing me with its perfect mix of cuteness and low-key angst. Koyuki has finally armed herself for a confession of sorts... I wonder if we get another cliffhanger at this volume's end?

So, anyone know when the next chapter is out?

It's already out, at least with a rough translation. Just not posted here yet.

It's pointless to talk about rushing when there is literally no space to put in the things. As far as I can see, Saburo used every last bit of space in the last volume to "wrap it up". Volumes 5, 6, 8 and 9 were great. 7 was ok. Even most of 10 is good in its own emotional way.

What is puzzling me is a) Why only 10 volumes when the story so clearly required 11-12 for a better flow? and b) Immediate sequel, and even to the main story itself. So in effect Citrus+ will be like continuing from volume 11 anyway. So what was the purpose of going on like this and whose idea was it? It's just odd. I don't think I've ever seen things go quite like this...

This also means that all critique seen here about the ending is pointless. We can actually get back to them once C+ has progressed far away from the couch scene in chapter 41 and hopefully filled in the blanks on various issues.

Toaster x Bread sounds pretty lewd. Especially if it ends up as a foursome with some butter and ham.

Konatsu was being flirty as heck in this chapter. Two hours of quiet admiration and such a sweet and adorable little talk afterwards.

Suggesting to Koyuki that it wouldn't be bad at all to be the frog to her salamander and get stuck with her under her blanket forever, which was her "cave" in this scene... And then playfully trolling her with the "coming out" theme as well.

Even our rock-dense Koyuki managed to put two and two together after she left. :)

In my opinion Touko's lack of self-awareness is ridiculous here. That's what ruined this scene for me.

How can she just now suddenly realize that she's been doing bad things to Yuu like it never even crossed her mind? And how it is relevant at all to whether that person loves her or not? So sexually ab(using) strangers or people that don't care about you is totally ok? Touko not only comes off as stupid, but immoral as well. I just... I just see author's pen here. I can't suspend my disbelief about her any longer. I was pretty hard before in few a occasions, but this was the bridge too far for me.

Nakatani is great at composing art and composite storytelling. Competent at actually drawing art. Hit and miss with the characters.

Sometimes it feels like ~50% of all yuri doujins are based on Love Live! franchise. I mean, it has lots of pairs you can ship for, but still...

Does anyone know who the fiancé is, or have speculations on who he's supposed to be? It seems like he knows Yuzu--and the whole crew--but not sure to what extent.

Have you actually read the manga? She meets him in chapter 35 in a marriage meeting and in this chapter she calls him about expediting the wedding... You know, Yuzu's old boss from the cafe. Udegawa. One who also owned the summer house where the crew spend time in chapters 30-33.
