I also thought it was tagged with Medieval, but tbh ever since I found this one-shot again and saw it only tagged as Historical, my certainty disappeared.

Also, people should really get over the idea that butch girls are somehow trying to be a man or whatever. That's just ridiculous, not to mention dehumanizing and objectifying. Same goes for saying that a trans man or woman isn't really a man or woman.

Continuing to find attitudes and beliefs like these is just disappointing, and on a site focused largely on lesbian fiction it's upsetting that even a handful of people would be so disrespectful to people that aren't like them.

Her nickname is "Rotor" in the original. The scan group for chapters 1 & 2 changed it to "Bullet," presumably because they thought the reference would be easier for English-speaking audiences to get

Hell, 90% of romance, comedy, and drama too. Even a good chunk of action movies.

I don't really remember many stories in other genres that rely on miscommunication to such silly degrees as in yuri (I'll admit I don't read romance outside of yuri manga, though).

Let me remind you that this age gap is not that big. If the girls were 40 and 20 you would have no problem would you? Even though the age gap is so much bigger.

This age gap is pretty big. An age gap is much less significant among adults than among children, something that Jess acknowledged, but you seem to have ignored:

The difference in maturity between someone around 12 years old and someone around 16 is bigger than the one between a 20 and a 24 year old. Or than the one between a 20 and a 40 year old.

I'm trying to find this manga that is a two-shots, the setting is probably just after the world war, the first shot is about a short black-haired girl finding her life in her town (which she call a "coal town") boring and suffocating, the only thing that motivates her is her love interest, a blondie. They are about 16-17 yrolds I think. There's also this abandoned train tunnel leading out of town that is symbolic for their freedom. The second is blondie's pov about her family and blackhair, her dad died(?) in the war and she hate her mom for getting new partners when her dad isn't with them.

There's this brief sex scene between them that is some kind of weird ritual, and the manga is pretty atmospheric, it uses a lot of black and smoky effect.

I would be super thankful if someone help me find it, I tried the historical tag but no result. I'm definitely sure I read it on Dynasty btw.
