Eh, this reads much more to me like a bisexual figuring things out and settling down with someone who gives her some modicum of happiness. Nacchan fell in love with a girl who made her miserable. Rather than figure out how to solve those internal issues, she moved onto the most convenient person she could find. A guy who loved her, who makes her feel good, who’s willing to forgive her carrying a torch for that old love years later. It’s not an angsty or unpleasant end. Everyone is okay, and that’s enough.

Totally cool to have your own preferences, Battan's stories surely aren't for everyone. However...I don't think this and Run Away With Me are comparable, much besides the mixing of yuri and het. The men here aren't used for drama at all; co-worker is a character all his own, and the student is a reflection for Ruriko to gain a stronger understanding of herself and her experiences. The primary drama in this series is character drama, and it's fully centered around Kyouko and how she makes the people around her feel. This same story could work with no het at all, and the beats could be identical.

We'll see what chapter 5 brings, though!

Germany and France fund the vast majority of their systems through taxes (including but not limited to payroll taxes). Neither system uses "private insurance" in the way Obamacare does; the government collects money from the populace, then fully funds smaller non-profit structures that handle coverage. Private insurance exists on top of those structures, but is considered supplementary or is only available once certain income thresholds have been surpassed. German co-pays are also pitifully small (~10 euros per day for hospitalization, as an example) and determined by federal legislation.

Again please pardon, but I do think the details matter a lot.

So, I'm not a kdrama person. Not cos I have anything against them, I just don't really watch much tv. But recently I tried "My Name" on Netflix and...

It was like, super good? Lots of great characters. Super twisty and turny, and even when predictably so, it was often quite satisfying. Really dark at most of the right moments. It filled this hole in my heart that The Last of Us 2 left, in that it's basically the same story but it's actually good? I had some complaints sure, but it was thoroughly enjoyable throughout!

Only then...the last episode happened. You know. I could see it coming. I knew it was gonna happen. I knew good things don't really exist in this world. I got fooled again...It wasn't even bad in the way I expected (entirely), but it was still bad! A surprising kind of awful! The worst kind...

Spoilers: There's nothing here because my day is ruined and words cannot express my disappointment. Also there is bad het romance in the final episode. I'm so mad it threw away the genuinely interesting and complicated relationship it had built to focus on that of all things. My goodness. Also Park Hee-soon should win an Oscar or something. Choi Mu-jin is just pure style and fascination.

But still! If you happen to like strong ladies (in both character and action) who kick a lot of butt and don't mind bleak stories, consider giving it a shot! Sorry, there's no yuri here. Two girls barely even share a screen together, let along gaze longingly at each other...

No. From my prior understanding, I don't believe it will be possible to implement in the future. However, if it is technically possible, then I wouldn't be surprised to see it added down the road. Something in particular bothering you?

Dynasty-scans was a group, and still have stuff hosted here. The description is as follows:

Dynasty was founded in 2005 in order to pick up Pastel, after it was licensed by Del Rey and Animewaves had dropped the series. The three founding members were Wyvern_D (editor), Co_ol (translator) and ChronoXVIII (editor, proofreader). The group started with only one project but quickly expanded the number of series scanlated, favoring shoujo-ai and manga that had kickass artwork.
Everyone hates us now, but loves the reader! Love-hate relationships are the best.

The simple "story" version is that the remaining staff lost interest in continuing scanlation, but remained interested in building upon the reader. Back then, there was no MangaDex. There wasn't even Batoto yet. Hosting lossless scans on a not-for-profit basis was a rarity, and it was important to them. So, they kept at it and eventually pushed a lot of the boring work off on a few volunteers (like myself). Nowadays I'd think of dynasty-scans.com as just being the domain for the much larger Dynasty Reader. But you never know, maybe someone will pop in eventually and a random scanlation will turn up here.
