I'm sorry to bother, but there's a oneshot I have had stuck in my head but can't for the love of God remember it's name. The story's premise is that, when young, two girls were lovers, one of them seems to have either autism or a similar mental disorder. The parents of said girl try to have her marry as to try to secure her future, and the the other girl didn't know what she could do at the time and let her go, only to find her as adult at the start of the oneshot.

I'd assume it's otherwise given the "continuation", but Patchy's face makes it look like she's not really into it.

Kinda reminds me of Sisterism, in that they both have a kind of dirty humor that wears out fast when you're expecting a development that never happens.

Except without the charming idiocy of the two useless lesbian leads. This just comes off as "put all the tropes I can think of in each chapter" without much other foundation to base the comedy on besides the audience knowing those tropes. Sisterism worked because it had a good comedic foundation.

I'm more of the mind that Sisterism overstayed its welcome and became kinda repetitive 2/3 into the manga, though certainly was pretty fun until then. And that is a lot more than what I can say about this so far.
