@Anon, Normally I see movies in 3D (or just end up because it has a time that fits my schedule... like saw Star Trek Beyond in 3D, didn't want to because tickets were $20 and I was gonna see it twice but only time that worked... ) but I had free tickets for Suicide Squad in regular so I saw it like that. Movie doesn't deserve your money. :P

In elementary school and middle school I remember sometimes playing that you could get back in but it was rare.

@ChocolateCakeLover, half the fun of building a computer is all the research for what parts you need!

Like building a specialized computer to solve a certain problem, you gotta put a lot of time in it. I wanted to build a file server in a certain mini-ITX case (Node 304) so I had to find the right motherboard and the right PSU and the right RAM etc and plan out how everything would fit and how I would manage cables and where I would install FreeNAS etc etc. Was a long (and expensive) project but having like 12TB of network storage was worth it.

@Z. Long, I was so pissed off after watching Shoujo Sect. lol It wasn't even funny. I was like, okay I knew this was just gonna be porn but damn it that ending sucked.

Well since Girl Friends is complete, I think it's more enjoyable now since it is 5 volumes long and waiting month after month for new chapters was painful!!. It is available in 2 omnibuses if you wanna get it in English. I probably should give it a re-read to see if its still enjoyable as before. But it's a title that some people count as one of the best and/or at least one of the best entry ways into Yuri.

I found it highly enjoyable and I found Mari to be a character I could relate to really well. It reminded me of what it was like to have a crush and so I really felt for Mari. It's probably been a few years since I read it, but I know every reread had me still at the edge of my seat like before. I mean, if you have read some newer stuff, it might not have as much of an impact as it was when it came out, since it's high school Yuri which is well played out by now, if it already hadn't been by then, but it's still really good IMO. Lots of discussion about make up and things like that though but it makes it pretty slice of life-y.

Question: What was the thing that got you guys into Yuri?

Simplified, what got me into reading lots of Yuri manga was seeing Shoujo Sect, being disappointed as hell with it (especially the ending), looking for something more or less a romance, and finding Girl Friends (which really felt like something I could relate to). Oh the thrill for waiting for new chapters to be released. Then watching Saki, then finding Saki doujinshi, then finding Hanjuku Joshi, etc etc etc.

Jeez, this is all like back in 2008-2010. It all feels like such a blur now.

What would be cool is Rin, not having the slightest qualms about accepting Pana as a woman, uses her as her model of femininity as she explores being a little more girly but not wanting to give up on being the tomboy of the group.

Alas, I keep wanting things that absolutely nobody is writing.
