wtf is with people hating on tongtong's mom in here? she's legitimately one of the best parents I've seen in this genre. She made the mistake of trusting one (1) dude who turned out to be a creep, and immediately took the guy down when she found out about it, and since then she's taken measures to prevent that from ever happening again. Seeing her as being to blame for the creep's actions is such an aggressively awful take, and requires some pretty misogynistic lines of thinking. She's unconditionally supportive of her daughter to the point that it never even occurred to tongtong that her mom might react badly to he being gay. She's very obviously a devoted mother, and is an excellent person to ask for advice or assistance in this situation.

I really liked how Aoba got shit on so hard in the last arc she was depressed for a week. Dont get me wrong, but I feel like everything just came alive at that moment, when best girl Hotaru just rekt her good. (She got a lot more exposure than I initially would have believed.) Unfortunately, Aoba still got her key visual spot in the end, I felt like it would be more realistic if she didnt. Also, there seems to be quite a skip when Hotaru decides at the beginning of a chapter to become art teacher, only to drop out of college at the end of it?

A bit of criticism is how a lot of characters that were intially pushed got kind of shoved back permanently. I get that the 'new' characters need spotlight, but after that, I feel like the focus should be evenly distributed to all supporting characters. Especially Hifumi and Yun got hit hard. And Hajime almost was an antagonistic force at the end. Not because she was purposefully antagonising, no, its just she became a director and her vision of how games are supposed to be made just took a 180° turn.

It's a CGDCT, what did you expect ? It's a lot of chapters of girls acting somewhat gay but it go never anywhere. Don't expect any explicit yuri end for any characters, even if some will try to convince you that Eiko/Sensei will end up together, which will not happen.

You need to stop with these posts already, spreading ignorance isn't right and dozens of this kind of manga have ended fully yuri, so you'll never be right no matter how much you hate the couple.

Talk about reviving a thread. It's a Kirara, the probablity to have explicit Yuri by the end of it (if we had it translated one day) is very low. Kirara is notorious for this subtext ending. I could barely count on one hand how many Kirara had some epxlicit Yuri ending or even implicit. I'm just saying that you shouldn't have your hopes up for a Yuri ending for those two or you will be dissapointed.
And honestly, don't revive old thread for this kind of post cause it's a bit useless.

Ultimately, I think if it was planned, it likely was more a casualty of time than cowardice or meddling. The author likely was told the series was cancelled with only a couple of chapters left to wrap it up, and since Mei's relationship with Sayo had been more explored (so far, at least), it "defaulted" to that ending.

Didn't stop Luminous to have a poly ending with less buildup.
