Their paneling style seems pretty relaxed so far, so I guess they don't think what they do matches up to the perceived intensity of a situation in their head.

I thought the way they emphasized Natalia's hands in the dance scene with the speech bubbles was actually genius and gives a window into what Sara is thinking without stating it outright.

I was planning on 100% completion anyway, so I'm gonna end up seeing the het endings anyway. I'm not really bothered by het if it's a towards anything resembling a female player surrogate since I can just detach. Same with BL - there's detachment. If I see het on what would otherwise be a perfectly good girl who kisses girls it's annoying and frustrating though. Gwyneth+Kenneth is nice in that regard since, you know, Gwyneth ain't gonna kiss her little brother.
It was just... so sad that I couldn't reduce the het ratio even a little bit in the het endings. The Zee + Hackett ending was truly awful - they fight over Rose. Like, what are you doing? That's the entire opposite reason of why you would go for poly, practically speaking?

I wish the NPC/villager romance endings had more content. Rebecca is sooooo cute. I had to turn off the part of my brain that remembered her age (I wouldn't have had to if she only joined the town when Rose hit 15 or if she was even two years younger though rip) but she's still so sweet with Rose.

Re: ikemen Nina, I personally apply a separate standard for ikemen between the binary genders, although the "male ikemen" is still mostly predicated on confidence, reliability, and some amount of androgyny. You'd think Nina fails in the androgyny metric, but she has a mullet, so like, even applying the male standards, she passes, if barely.

Touko looks odd with greenish hair in the first two pages. The dialogue seems rather stilted, although it's hard to tell whether it's naturally this way or whether it's awkwardly translated.

You forgot to mention the fact that Mona and Gwyneth are friends. I was very pleasantly surprised by certain developments in that regard.
Also, I feel like while there are more het options, the game expects the player to match Rose and Nina on the first playthrough. Until you get used to the game's mechanics, Nina is the most reliable party member. She's also the first party member (aka romance target) you interact with and has the most events you're forced to see. Also she's cute. Also the moe of the fact that she stays short but Rose, who started out much smaller than the comparatively more ikemen Nina, ends up a fair amount taller.

By the way, Mona is the absolute best party member due to her tier 3 skill, meaning the ideal party composition in most cases is just The Girls. lol

Also, I went for a poly het ending twice because I was praying it'd be like the yuri one I got before and I could create boys kissing boys, just for giggles. Unfortunately this didn't work out. God hates me.
