^^ All I Got to say is that Japanese men need to stop stereotyping Japanese women and generalizing them. If they don't realize that not all Japanese women are very mindful and very demure, they might be too late and all the Korean female population has gone Yuri ( of course no where in hell is that a bad thing :D ) with the Japanese leading to the further drop in Japan's birth rate. :P

^ I see, Here’s a tip for when you eventually decide to read it (or even if you don’t). To make yourself feel better, after finishing a chapter, I usually read a cute manga or one-shot from Dynsenty. It’s like having ice cream after a spicy meal :)

@DrJamesFox and @FluffyCow, as someone reading it without spoilers, I can tell you that the series doesn't follow your typical heartfelt story. It's more focused on the development of the relationship, showing both the beautiful and the messy sides. I've noticed a lot of people commenting under this manga's posts, saying they're hesitant to read it. But I think it's a great read and really well-written. But that's all my yapping ass gotta say. ;D

The artists of this trend tends to depict Korean women as more dominant and Japanese women as more cute and submissive, which I find interesting. I think it's influenced by idol culture in Japan and Korea (and other medias) from how I see it. For example, Korean groups like LE SSERAFIM and TWICE often do mature concepts, while Japanese groups like AKB48 does cuter concepts.

I always found it confusing which country Tima is from. is it Japan or Korea? One of their works, Swallow Tail, is Korean and uses Korean honorifics, while their other one-shots use Japanese its like a mix. The same goes for the artist Whisky. Also Tima has two Twitter accounts, both promoting in Japanese and Korean.
