I've never seen this series before, dispite the chapter release dates showing they been coming out for a year. And there are only two other comments, both from today. And this isn't the first series, that seems to have just appeared several chapters in. What's going on?

My logic was, Kuzawa fell in love with Momiya as masochist so why would she then suddenly want her change. It's like saying "jeeze I really love orange soda, but I need it be Pepsi so I can drink it."

I think the author's intent is that Kuzawa's hate for Momiya eventually turned into some twisted form of love...that Kuzawa is unable to express because Momiya would probably murder Kuzawa if Kuzawa expressed her love for Momiya. I think her hate changed because people naturally change over time, and the relationship is simply bizarre and twisted. Though Momiya is excessively twisted even more so than Kuzawa. Since Kuzawa seems capable of realizing how awful the relationship is, and is capable of changing as a person, where on the other hand Momiya seems incapable of either and is just cartoonishly evil.

Honestly it's all some absurd nonsensical abusive relationship logic that I don't even want to think about anymore at this point. So I think I might take my leave and look for some happier stories or something haha

Edit: Yeah I'm going to relax for the rest of the night with some cozy reading. Thanks for the discussions everyone! It was fun <

GN FluffyCow, if you check this post out, in the morning, I just want to say, I totally missed Mamiya's hands around Kuzawa's throat at the end there. That obviously changes everything. That takes Mamiya's words from simple emotional blackmail, to a way WAY darker and scarier place. Um so yeah. I concead the point.
It's funny how missing one single detail, (admittedly a glaring one) can change your whole perspective on a story.

Why?

Edit I'm not being a smart ass, I can't really can see why?

Edit 2: Honestly how does a relationship like this even happen?! I mean think about it. Kuzawa hates Mamiya, but desides to accept Mamiya's confession anyway. They date for awhile, all along Kuzawa abuses and humiliates Mamiya constantly. Somewhere along the way Kuzawa actually falls in love with Mamiya. She wants to stop all the abuse, and be a normal couple, but feels trapped because of masochistic Mamiya will reject her if she shows her true feelings. Do you know how silly that is. I use to Hate you, but after years of building our relationship on me abusing and torturing you, I've grown to love you. Now I suddenly want you to completely change who you are, and turn your back on everything that our relationship was built on, so I can be together with the woman I fell in love with properly. That doesn't make any sense. And furthermore it's not fair to Mamiya.

Neither character is in the right, but it's not an actually functional relationship in my eyes. It's unhealthy all around, and I don't think either character is being rational so "not fair to Mamiya" goes out the window for me. How I see it is also that in the end Mamiya is the dominant abuser, and likely to be one doing the eventual murdering here. Of course we might see it differently and that's okay.

My logic was, Kuzawa fell in love with Momiya as masochist so why would she then suddenly want her change. It's like saying "jeeze I really love orange soda, but I need it be Pepsi so I can drink it."

Honestly I don't see the problem here. There is many, MANY way for a relationship to work. Sure this one is distasteful for most people but, if it works for them. The violence and abuse seem consensual, so live and let live, I say.

This isn't one of the ways for a relationship to work, it's very unhealthy. It will honestly likely end in one of them killing the other, if not a murder suicide.

Sometimes reading age gap manga I almost get the impression it's socially acceptable for an adult to have sex with a highschooler (And sometimes even a middleschooler) in Japan. It's refreshing to be reassured that it IS actually shunned there.

Page 3 : The end.
Me: I don't think this was technically a yuri story. I feel cheated.
Page 4: Lets do it anyway.
Me: YAY! Yuri restored!

Wouldn't the yuri flag be the same as the lesbian flag.

The cute art style combined with the nudity and sexual content is a unexpectedly strong mix.

I know I might catch crap for saying this, but I like stories like this. That relationship is horrible, and Serina should run for the hills. However the story shows a dark side of lesbian relationships that yuri ALMOST never shows. It's a refreshing reminded that the world of yuri isn't all tender kisses, and blushing school girls,

Ok, this is getting weird. It is one thing to not care a fictional character doing things that would be very creep and wrong if it happened in real life. It is another entirely to argue these things wouldn't be creepy.

To be perfectly clear: it doesn't fucking matter if a teenage girl went through puberty. You shouldn't hit on a 17 years old girl if you are 27 no matter how hot you think she is.

And everyone be sure to keep that in mind next time you go time traveling and meet up with your teenage crush.

I don't think I have to worry about that happening to me. Not masturbating on playground rocking horses, was my New Year's resolution. I thought about swearing off doing it on the slide as well, but I'm not made stone.

Dr. Pepper??? Why Dr. Pepper? Do they even have Dr. Pepper in Japan? Did the Pepsi Corporation pay the translator to switch whatever japanese drink that was originally to Dr. Pepper in order to make us think it has world wide fame?

I guess you never saw Steins Gate? That is where I learned Dr Pepper is a thing that exists. I was actually surprised it wasn't a Japan only thing.

I don't even know what Steins Gate is. Sorry. But I'm pretty sure I've been drinking Dr. Pepper here in the states since the 70's

It pops up here and there

Huh. I guess yuri girls want to be a pepper too.

Someone call the tag police! There was a nipple, but no NSFW tag!

But seriously, why doesn't old Nanasawa just help her younger self get together with Seto instead of becoming her love rival. Honestly I was thinking that was going to be the plot to start with.

She startet out thinking she Couldnt even interact with her younger self without exploding. futhermore why would she have confidence in her younger self?

We dont even know if she has enough charm to Play matchmaker, the only move she has show so far is using her age to her advantage

There are a Lot of reasons why she wouldnt have tries that, especially considering she has only been in the past for 0.5 + 1 + 0.5 days

Okay the fear of a time paradox could explain Nanasawa's initial reluctance to play match maker. However now she knows that getting together with her younger self won't melt reality. She also now knows that Seto is crushing on young Nanasawa. It's time for Nanasawa to put away her pervy "big sis" flag and get those two girls together. In the end she will be the winner.

Of course that is reliant on her then going back to the future

Just cal Marty and Doc Brown. They will get her there. lol.

I've had that happen to me at a sleepover party before. And just for the record, me joining in was the furthest thing from any of our minds.

I've heard of real life stories where a person just leaves their house one day, and never return, only to turn up years later in a different part of the country living a totally new life.

Well that was a gut punch. But I can't say I didn't see it coming. Between the Aaaaaangst tag and the fact that Mio never looked happy, It was clear where it was heading. It was a little surprising that Mio just quietly broke camp. I was expecting a big flashy breakup, or maybe even Mio meeting a guy that she actually fell in love with and cheating on Hinata. But it was pretty clear the relationship was domed from the start.

Wait was the story impling that Mio committed suicide? Wow that I think that would call for a Suicide tag.

Ha! I called it. sensei was drugged. A lame drugging though. Her normal drink was surreptitiously switched with an alcoholic one. How on earth do you not notice your oolong tea suddenly tasting like hard liquor.

I'm glad Nanaki, and Kanade made up. However I can't tell if Kanade is accepting Nanaki's feeling, or is she just saying, it was wrong of her to throw away their friendship, just because Nanaki fell in love with her.
