I call false advertising on the title

The best thing is that she basically does the same thing Yuzu did without realizing it.
"Actually, I do love Unohara-san. But it might be a bit different from how you love her..."
Pretty much mirrors how Yuzu didn't mean romantically interested when she mentioned Tatsumi-san.

What else could "is there someone you're interested in right now" be interpreted?

This series definitely feels more like it's going for cathartic angst more than responsible mental health exploration. The tonal whip lash was real tho. Definitely gave me some original story doujin vibes.

Isn't it unreasonable to need a psychologist consultant to write a story with a suicidal character?

As a teaser it's good enough.

I think Fuwamomi is just the name of the place it sounds something like fluffy pines.

As someone who don't speak Japanese I think it would translate to "Fluffy Soft" or "Fluffy ''fluffy''"

She says she have tried everything but she hadn't tried working out her shoulders or -An Electric Massager-! I don't understand how you would skip that step, that's like the most obvious one

Do you.guys really want nothing but the empty fluff we have gotten in recent chapters?
This is where the meat of the story is

Civil servants can't take side jobs? Isn't that an incentive to quit?

Well that was the most predictable of the trials, which is fine as lone as the next chapter with the real meat comes in a timely fashion

5 students left out
Forced into pairs

Well, there's always the teacher

It still feels like a failure on the faculty's part to fail to have an even number; honestly the class size was probably fine but then they demanded to get the protagonist into the class and ended up with an odd number...

Intentionally trying to set up a harem perhaps? Polyamory should probably be taught in romance studies so makes sense

More like it wasnt given much thought, even the way the teacher said it was basically "yeah i just did it in an impulse" so kind of... Blame the teacher for being a sucker for looks :v

Or the teachers saw how attractive she is and thought "You could make a harem out of this"

Or both

I think it's more that the Sister system (typical Yuri trope) is a student tradition and not a part of the romance course

There is also the fact that they aren't really dating, they got together under the pretence of an experiment and put up a "shut down" button in the form of that one rule, this relationship has never gone official and as long as it isn't official then it's a bit awkward for friends to be like that

free will vs. coercion via poverty will end up meaning something.

You say that like those two things aren't dependant on each other

Ahh, now the previous comment makes a LOT of sense
And just like that all her earned money is gone

Now that's just intentionally Naive

Unless she means that several romantic developments are gonna sprout out of all the physicality

It’s what makes the author so good. She puts in arguments to make it justifiable to pursue a hedonistic lifestyle.

I think that might be jumping the gun slightly

The previous manga featured someone who got a second chance to get the one who got away as well as fixing her crush's future, it was in essence driven by love

In this one, yes Nakano is living a very hedonistic lifestyle but we don't know if she is gonna have a character arc yet, and she isn't exactly arguing for her lifestyle

As for the kinky office lady, "I can't approach my crush so I have to went my frustrations somewhere else" is an old trope

This lady is more kinky than Nakano

Riri is to me clearly in first place and not by a small margin, yes Karin and Karou have been pushing themselves unto Mei, BUT, Mei herself have primarily been seeking out Riri and she has had more enchanted moments with Riri.

Sensei clearly has a way with Mei, but she won't confess, only entice.

Wow the very first page has one hell of a typo.

Can you tell me where's the typo? Would like to fix it, although if you are refering to the "what're", I it was intentional.

"stoning"

"what're you stoning there for"

Looks like a typo for 'standing' or maybe 'staring'

It's not a typo.

It's obviously on purpose. "Stoning" as in staying frozen like a statue.

That's ... uh .... not a real phrase in English.
The only "stoning" in English is the one where you ... throw stones at someone as an execution method.

Meanwhile stoners be getting stoned with their grass

Not criticising the comic, I love me some Hachiko, but I am curious: has anyone actually forgotten a childhood friend? Is this something that happens, ever? I mean, I've forgotten random classmates, but I'm pretty sure I remember all of my close friends from when I was 5, and I didn't even promise to marry them. This trope is strangely common for how unbelievable it is to me, but maybe other people have different experiences?

I personally never been in such a situation, I think I remember most of the the children I was close with since elementary school, but I never happened to meet one I haven't seen in 10 years or so, so I might be wrong.
On the other hand, I know a guy who remembers very well the events and people he knew as a child, but is absolutely terrible at recognizing faces, so even when in his last year of high school he was accosted by a girl who was with us in middle school, he was like "I'm sure I know you from somewhere, but where was it..." until I reminded him "She was class rep in 8th grade." and he remembered "Ah, Laura. You were best friends with..." etc...
Thankfully she didn't take it badly.

Though I think the essence of this trope is that, as demonstrated by different commenters, people starts having clear recollection at different points of their life, but don't realize this is the case unless they compare. So childhood friend A will assume that everyone her age remember things from kindergarten since she does when actually childhood friend B has only vague memories before elementary school.

It's nothing that scientific, it is more about being stubborn and miffed/upset about something

I can empathize with the crush, sometimes you have something that feels extra important to you and don't want to budge on it even if it makes you petty

Why is this a chapter release? Why isn't it just under the image section?

Nakano ex machina

How is she this unstoppable

Well, she did tell Miyako to call her as soon as some shady character appeared and talked bullshit about being a club member.

Nakano is very protective of Miyako. There's no way she would let any harm come to Miyako.

Btw and since we're on the subject, I stand by my previously expressed opinion: Nakano is totally falling in love with Miyako but hasn't realized yet.

I think she has realized it but just don't know what to do with herself yet
