This one is highly context-dependent.

Bringing back Rop's previous reply: Japanese 好き・・・・・・, which literally just means "[I] like [you]...". Whether the meaning is romantic or platonic depends on context in Japanese too.

For some odd reason it showed up on the main page but low enough that even on my monitor it was below the bottom of the screen. Normally ones that are uploaded that late end up on the list in the upper right instead. I didn't even get the notification email myself until like an hour after I'd already read it for some reason.

This is probably my favorite on-going yuri manga now, for a variety of reasons. I saw there was some discussion about Yuzumori's intent behind her actions up until her confession, and I would point those people to the first 3 teaser chapters.

To me, at least, it is clear Yuzumori knows exactly what she's doing in each of those chapters, and given they were the framework for what happened later in the actual chapters, I think Yuzumori has always been teasing Mimika on purpose.

Really adds an interesting layer to all their interactions until now. I don't know how I'll survive the wait until the next chapter

Are the teaser chapters even canon tho? Yuzumori behaves a bit differently in the actual series (more composed and mature). Plus, the last teaser chapter has the same plot/event as chapters 7-8, but with a different "conclusion"; the plot lines diverge, they can't both "exist". I believe the teasers were just to give us a feel/examples of what direction the series would go/what it'd be like. Yuzumori is drawn a little differently too, the teasers seem like 'protypes'.
I don't think Yuzumori did anything with specific (teasing) intentions tbh. Plus, we realise in the last chapter that she hadn't realised how Mimika felt ("why didnt you say so from the start?"), and was as much in the dark about Mimika's feelings as she was about Yuzumori's. I don't think she had any idea of how Mimika perceived/was self conscious of their previous interactions. It's kinda farfetched tbh, considering the realism of Yuzumori's portrayal of a child, that she's been "completely aware" and actually teasing Mimika this whole time.

Pretty much what I expected, the art fit the mood well. With or without that ending, there's still something that feels dark/off about those girls, a feeling of indifference/not giving a fuck. I liked it.

How did you find the latest episode?
Personally, half the time I was moved cus it was just great, and half the time I was laughing cus it was juicy af drama/development, like omg, Reina screaming that, I fucking laughed, so bold, so embarrassing. And when Kumiko looked at her, smiling, saying "dw no one believed it", I laughed even harder, I'm 80% sure that was a "terrible thing to say", and when Reina tried again, oh my gosh, the other three girls' reaction made it even better haha. Okay point is, idk if it was a good ep, yuri shipping-wise, but like, putting it all aside, I super enjoyed it, it was hilarious. Oh, and I screamed at Mizore's scenes, she was sooooo cute, her reaction to Nozomi's smile was adorbs. Oh, and when she just slowly approached Kumiko by taking those little side steps and "this is my best reed yet", plus the lil fist bump, aah, so fucking cute, I had to pause at her scenes to scream and then replay then, it was aaahhhh. And the sister scene ah, it was so good too, I'm glad Kumiko finally got those feelings across.
tl;dr: It was moving, and funny, and cute. Fucking enjoyed it 10/10.

That reminds me, I don't think Mimika answered when Shi-chan asked her first. In the following two chapters, Yuzumori's home visit, Mimika did wonder about it again, but she first convinced herself that naahhh I just think she's cute innocent kid. She did realise that she was attracted to her later, but before she could consciously come to a conclusion, she got distracted by Yuzumori slouching and then punched herself in the face.
Mimika does think about how it's socially unacceptable and knows it's wrong, and so indirectly acknowledges it, but to the actual question of "are you a lolicon?", she never directly answers.
And now from Yuzumori-san herself tho, how is this even gonna go lmao

Even if Yuzumori reciprocates, it doesn't make it any less "socially unacceptable" tho, Mimika still has to be responsible about it, Mimika can't really... be dating a 9-10 year old...? Man idk, Idk how this can go. Not just for how Mimika is gonna answer her, but how is their relationship gonna be after this. It's treated as comedy like half the time, but the other half is Mimika seriously worrying about it too, I think it'd be really pointless if suddenly, everything becomes "fine" and Mimika stopped worrying about it. It has been building up for so long, Mimika's character development was focused around that after all, it'd be silly if that tension was all thrown away >_> But I guess it was also written with a certain feeling of fluff and cuteness most of the time? I can't imagine the topic being juggled like that, going from fluff to angst and back, but that's pretty much how it's been going. Well I don't know what to expect, I hope it keeps being as interesting

Oh wow, Yurine & Ayaka have so many more chapters dedicated to them than Moe & Mizuki... & yet somehow, they still manage to be the most forgettable couple while the latter is a legend... What a shame :(
