No. Pages 8 & 9 are the last pages you see it and then take another look at Azusa's mouth on page 11. Kinda obvious what happens to it.

Actually.. If you carefully look at the 11 page (http://dynasty-scans.com/chapters/notes_from_the_garden_of_lilies_shinobus_story#13) at the last panel/picture you can see that somethin' fell out of Azusa's mouth, so it's possible that she had only the stick in mouth and it fell out when her face was in Shinobu's hands.
