The way Yuuna was presented in the last chapter made think she might have the same feelings for Sena which I dont want tbh I want her to realize that Kiku truly loves her. I hope that she is just worried about her gbh

I also support the author because she deserves it. I hope the end is yuni and nanase or all three together but never yuni and fuuko.

I dont think its gonna end as luminous blue. Fuuko doesnt like nanase as seen in chap7 Maybe yuni and nanase together, and fuuko becomes her friend maybe. But we'll see. I wanted yuni and fuuko but I see fuuko is getting obsessed which is something not good. That's why I think it may end like that.

Oh that's great!!!
I've chapter 6,7 but in japanese and i cant understand anything.

I bought all the chapters 2 days ago. I saw the manga on Twitter and asked the author about where to buy it cause the other sites required credit cards from japan which I dont have but yea I can read hiragana katana and some kanji. That's why sometimes I had to use the phone in order to look for the meaning of words. I know it's kinda boring but I do it to learn some words and Kanji I dont know, and practicing. That's what I did with english, all I know from english I learned by myself, I got english in high school but it was crappy english.
I try to read all the chapters and then came here to compare how accurate my understanding was. Usually I dont dont buy manga until they are finished but I did it to give some support to the author. But yea I'll be buying the next tho Idk how this is gonna end or how many chapters is gonna have.

Rebel Kami, do you know japanese?

Yes. Not advanced or intermediate but I do some. I've been learning by myself but lack of free time to study more and for that reason there are many kanji that I haven't learned yet.

You can put 2 or 3 lines, here you put nearly the whole chapter.

Nah :) Its better as detailed as possible. If you dont want to read it is ok. We are able to do this as long as we use the spoiler tag

how can someone be this stupid, discuss these chapters when they're out or when the series has not been updated for well over half a year, not 2 months you numbskull

Spoilers chp6 and chp7
Chap6 Yuni answer the call, nanase asked for forgiveness for forgetting about their date. Yuni slap fuuko, she cried, she encountered nanase and kisses her. Yuni realized she just cheated on her.
Chap7 Nanase meets Fuuko at the infirmary
Fuuko gets annoyed for obvious reasons. Nanase leaves the area. Yuni and fuuko met at that place, they took a very intimate photo together after thinking about what they did previously. Nanase is about to tell yuki she has a girlfriend

Happy now? Are gonna cry again?lol

I hope it is better than the absolute piece of garbage that Luminous: Blue was. Pretty art and every other subject taking points from the overall score.

You just dont like poly ending

So some plot is coming uh? Let me guess... about putting her fingers in so she can be officially her owner... someone else gonna do it and Nadeshiko is not gonna obey Akane's order.

Ah, classic shit. It's pretty much what happens in Yuu Watase's Zettai Kareshi (Absolute Boyfriend).
Actually, pretty much everything in this manga so far is what happens in Zettai Kareshi, from Riiko/Akane accidentally ordering a sex robot to having to pay a truckload of money to refusing to complete the registration procedure -- in Riiko's case, a kiss; in Akane's case, fingers in the vag.
Of course, in ZK, some slutty girl eventually kissed Naito and stole him from Riiko, leading to a story arc where Naito needs to override its programming with the power of love and then return to Riiko to confess his true feelings for her. It would be hilarious if the same thing were to happen with Nadeshiko in this manga.

Never heard of it but I think something like that is gonna happen.

Okay, been a while... Will the author finish it or not?

This ended long time ago. They got divorced in good terms. He understood her feelings for chinami. He was a good guy cause he encountered with chinami and had a friendly talk where he explained he got divorced cause yukako told him she was in love with her. He thought chinami and yukako were together but chinami didnt know what about the divorce and that yukako was out there. Finally, yukako and chinami met again and yukako told her about the reasons she got divorced, one of the reason was oc yukako was still in love with chinami. In a extra chapter it is shown that they are living separated. Chinami stayed with yukako on a friday night. Chinami is afraid of being separated again eventhough they started a relationship. Yukako was able to notice it and that's why she told chinami to trust her that this time she is not going to let anyone to interfere in their relationship. They kissed and had sx. Although they were living in different house, it is implied that eventually they decided to live together. End.

I have the feeling this manga got rushed and wasn't mean to be like this, it developed slowly and well for like 10 chapters and all solved in the 2 last ones is kinda... I wanted the poly ending to be honest

Yea, tho some guys here disagreed that was always going to the mono route, there were hints that this was gonna be poly. This manga had potential for a wholesome poly route. Thought it was gonna be a refresh from those plenty of love triangle manga out there but its gonna end as of one of them. The author is working in other manga so I think just wanted to rushed axed and get rid of it to focus on the other works

Author said chapters 15 are the last one.

I don't generally care much about poly, and I even find it annoying at times, when people keep saying how they were disappointed by a story with a love triangle not having a poly ending, when nothing suggested the poly ending even as a possibility. However, I have to admit that I was kind of surprised with the take things took here. (btw, I binge read this today, so my sense of the time line might be a bit blurry).

I don't think that meeting the teachers would necessarily be foreshadowing anything, but I have to admit that the whole "accidental kiss" thing (which is already a pretty ridiculous trope in and of itself) feels completely useless with this kind of ending. I mean, why would you even insert something silly like that if it's not gonna affect the story in the end...? I don't understand the author's choices there. I suppose Rinna's little arrow after that wasn't really used to indicate a start of something between those two then; which I guess is understandable, since there have been multiple occasions when Rinna has had little arrows pointing towards other people. I just don't understand why the author felt the need to include that whole thing in the first place...? Was it really to "keep the audience guessing", as someone said above?

I'm honestly kind of surprised with how unsatisfied I feel with this ending, since I'm usually all for the childhood friend. This might have been the one time when I was actually rooting for a poly ending (and felt that it would feel natural if the author progressed things towards that), even counting works that actually had poly endings lol. Well, whatever. I'm slightly disappointed I guess, but Rinna seems like she'd be able to find someone else in the future and Sayo is super cute, so it's fine.

There were hints of a possiblity of a poly ending but not at 100% and something that didnt make sense. All what I want is a happy ending for Rinna now since it doesnt make sense now to discuss cause nothing will change. Dont get me wrong I like this ending(if Rinna has it too) but a poly would have been a refresh from those plenty of love triangle manga out there

So how are people defining "poly," here anyway? Is there a distinction between "complete polyamory," where all three people are equally in love with each other (like the sensei x 2 + stylist trio), and a "trio harem" around Mei, where both Sayo and Rinna are in love with Mei, who loves them back, and Sayo and Rinna, although not completely in love with one another, are fond enough of each other to go along with both loving Mei?

Because I think the poly fans are seriously underestimating the romantic and narrative complexities of the poly endgame--if a standard relationship requires two mutually directed "pink arrows," adding another person doesn't double the arrow workload, it triples it.

Poly is basically love between the 3 of them just as you saw with the teachers. Since Mei said she loves both sayo and Rinna, and those two where in love with Mei, and the fact that the author added a scene where Sayo and Rinna accidentally kiss well most of the readers thought this was gonna go in a polyamory route where Mei was gonna have development with Sayo and Rinna and then just Rinna and Sayo to complete the shared love. To summary the poly would have been Mei loves Rinna and Sayo, Sayo loves both Mei and Rinna, and Rinna loves Sayo and Mei but of course never happened. If this was gonna be a mono route I would have prefer Rinna as a supporting character to be honest cause let's be honest it is sad that she wont have a the happy ending she wanted. Most likely the author is gonna paired her with Akane to give her "her happy ending" but yea

Well at the end it will just end as another cliche triangle love with one of them out. This manga had the potential to be a great manga for the "poly" genre tbh. I know there are some of you who dislike the poly route but this is my opinion. We clearly see a rushed manga towards the closest one to Mei who is Sayo. There were sometimes contradictions like Mei thinking that her love for Rinna was friendship but later she says she loves Sayo but also Rinna and cant choose one. After reading the manga for a second time I was able to see that the sudden change began with the date at the amusement park. Make me think what was the purpose of the accidental kiss cause we saw an arrow from Rinna to Sayo and this is what made some to think of the possibility of a poly end but then the author just got rid of that arrow, or the panel where Mei stated that she wants to be with both forever, and that having both of them around is really nice and peaceful. Some of you said that Rinna's love was just admiration but in the chapter where they met Akane, Rinna stated that at the beginning she didnt know about her feelings but the more time she spent with Sayo and Mei, the stronger her love for Mei became, she confessed to her and she said again how strong her love was. Chapter 14.1 was kinda difficult to understand cause Mei said she is in love with Sayo but also with Rinna which is what she mentioned before, and she cant choose one being afraid of her past and almost taking the decision to not choose one of them. Sadly since the author took the decision of the mono route, we saw Rinna sacrificing her love for both sakes Mei and Sayo since Rinna noticed that the relation of those two were closer and stronger than the one of Mei and Rinna.
Aww man I really like the 3 characters that's why I wanted the 3p route cause I was gonna feel bad for the one who's gonna stay as a friend.
⌒ヾ( ̄〓 ̄ヾ
I thinking about what would be Rinna's behaviour towards Mei since she usually says she loves so much Mei, it makes me wonder what would be the relation between Sayo and Rinna since Sayo knew Rinna was also in love with Mei. They are not gonna be together forever after all as Mei wanted, they will continue as roommates and when graduating it will the goodbye time for Rinna. Chances that we will see Rinna being part of the relationship are 0 but chances that the author is gonna paired Akane and Rinna are there tho I never saw love interest other than friendship between them. And finally, at then end the author will never explained the different type of the arrow tho some of them were easy to figure them out.

Ok, I did a quick skim through the manga. It's obvious that the poly route seems like what it's all heading to, and also obvious that we zoomed through the last two chapters. At the same time, the manga never got a chance to resolve the big issue with Rinna, which is that she falls in love so easily. Sayo is only in love with Mei. Rinna forms little loves just on getting compliments and formed a little love from the accidental kiss with Sayo. That to me points to her infatuation with Mei, rather than her love of Mei. It feels like a teenager's feelings. Whereas, Sayo has been in love with Mei for a long time, and understands what it means to sacrifice her feelings to make Mei feel good about where they are. Even when Mei takes her on a date, it still takes Mei asking Sayo to be more selfish for anything to happen. And despite not being interested in love, there is a point where Mei wants to go out with Sayo just so that she won't lose her. Like these two really, really want to be with each other, whatever the circumstances. Rinna doesn't quite fit into that.

To put it another way, Sayo and Mei would wind up together regardless of their living situation, whereas if Rinna wasn't Mei's roommate, then they probably wouldn't.

Of course, that might just mean that Rinna's development arc would have come later if the manga had kept going, but if it's getting axed now, then Sayo is the only one that makes sense.

I don't think Rinna's feeling was the typical teenager. She was cleary in love with Mei. She cried after taking the decision to sacrifice her love for Mei's sake since Mei wasnt sure whether to take the 3p route or choose one of them. See that Mei almost takes the decision of not choosing one cause she knew that it means that either Sayo or Rinna was gonna get a heart breaking. Sure Sayo is more than obvious that she loves Mei and is the closest one for being childhood friends. I think Sayo was gonna be first step, Rinna the second one, and last would be Sayo and Rinna for the 3p route. Take in consideration that the author never add any kind of rivalry between Sayo and Rinna since the 3 of them get along together. In my opinion the accidental kiss was let's say the start of their love development that was gonna take place later. I think the author just decided to get rid of this manga with this ending and focus on the other 2~3 manga the author is working on. The author already announced chapter 15 is the last one so yea most likely kinda axed.

Why wouldn't Rinna be the feelings of a typical teenager? She starts to fall for Mei because Mei is cute. And that's still the case for a while. She says she also fell in love with Mei's personality later on, but the initial infatuation was only because Mei was her type. That's exactly like a teenager.

Rinna crying and letting Mei go for Sayo has nothing to do with anything except recognizing how Mei feels for Sayo, and it's not the first time either. When Mei asked Sayo out, and when Sayo admitted she wouldn't do anything about it, Rinna wanted to help them get together. This isn't a manga with a lot of conflict, all of the characters are essentially "good girls" so I wouldn't expect a jealous response anyway. Rinna is a good girl, so she wants her friends to be happy.

Well we will never know whether you or I am correct. This manga lacked of development between Rinna and Mei. As I stated I think at first for the author was intending to develop Sayo first and then Rinna. I still gonna say that Rinna loves her for because of what I said before and the arrow which was never explained very well tbh. But anyway now this abrupt change all I'm waiting is to see Rinna with Akane her idol friend who seems to be interested in Rinna or that's what I got from chapter 9.2 cause at least she deserves a happy ending too

This can’t end like Kashimashi. I am hoping for a beautiful poly because they all love each other so much.

Unfortunately, author said chapter 15.1 and 15.2 are the last. So take it as Kashimashi 2.

I don't quite get how these days every every garden-variety love triangle seems to bring out a bunch of poly shippers, no matter how tenuous the narrative possibility might be

I feel lika those exact words could be said of anytime people ship two female characters in a non F/F work no?

kinda like "why does everytime two female characters interact a bunch of f/f shippers seem to show up regardless of the actual narrative" or something like that.

like, at the end of the day shipping can be as simple as "I like the idea of these characters together" or "I like the idea of this kind of relationship"

so in the case of love triangle works attracting poly shippers, well you already have multiple characters involved in romantic setting, so the idea of the characters working out things all together seems like a simple step for those who want to see that kind of relationships.

On a personal opinion about this manga, I am on the camp that would have liked a poly development, since the characters did have a good chemistry together, and it just didn't feel like the kind of story that had me rooting for one side over the other.

Funny or sad, I also think this manga had managed a better ground up for a poly relationship than say "an introduction to love triangles" or "blue luminous".
In the former one side of the triangle was way better developed than the other two sides involving the third character in my opinion at least (like if that was a non-polylove triangle I would have been rooting for the Kohai way over the friend).
And in the latter it just had to shot directly towards its ending even if the ground up wasn't there yet.

On that subject, regardless of Pol or not, this last update did feel like it was steeping on the gas towards the finish line...

to finish, people will ship what they like and that's that, and damn it why do Yuri manga get cut short so often :<

This was quite promising. Luminous was ok for me. The introduction of the triangle thing didnt like the end cause of Akira since it felt she accepted the 3p relationship for the sake of Rin. And Akira never apologized for badmouthing Mayuki. There the Rin/Mayuki would have been the best but anyway. I've read other poly manga but are H like futari to futari. Tho most of them turn to be a couple of chapters with lack of character development and then Fin. But yea at the end we ship what we want, at the end if the ship never sails then we have to accepted whether we like it or no

this poly yuri after reading luminous blue whose ending was unexpected

So unexpected it was kinda bad. Not bad because it's poly but because it come so unexpected that there was no build up to really back it up.

Just admit you dont really like polygamy endings

->Precise it's not because of poly

->"it's because of poly"

I can't be more clearer on that one buddy. I have nothing against the poly ending of Luminous at all. It was just kinda out of nowhere for me. But i guess i'm just too stupid so just don't listen to me and move on

For luminous if it was gonna end with the couple of the beginning was ok, the true ending was ok too. But I was talking about the ending of this manga that was more focused on the 3p route before the chap of the teachers. But anyway dont mind me

This turn of events feels somewhat sour. I'm happy for Sayo, obviously, but I definitely thought the story's gonna go big and not home. To me, it felt like there was a lot of focus specifically on the threeway route, and it was more than just the thing with the teachers, which in itself was really more part of Mei exploring and witnessing the various ways in which love and relationships can take form than it was foreshadowing. That said, I could definitely see Sayo and Mei's kiss being the so-called nail in the polyamorial coffin. Or I don't know, maybe I gotta reread the series again, which there's no reason not to since I think it was pretty good regardless.

I will also say that the turn of events coming now seems like a sprint toward the finish line and feels like a very sudden and sharp turn too, the pace of the last few chapters felt kind of rushed as well. Both of which suck on their own since there was a lot to explore and continue with in the series that would just go nowhere. And honestly, I just enjoyed the fluff, really.

Rinna also got the very short end of the stick which sucks pretty bad. I definitely don't think her relationship with Mei was explored and delved into the same way as Sayo's was. And in all honesty, I mean, really, both Sayo and Rinna are absolute sweethearts, there was no reason not to go for the whole pot there.

In any case, there's still one more chapter, if the above reports are true, so there may be some hope for a bunny out of the hat. Go big or go home, goddamnit. At least give Rinna an appropriate happy end, man, she doesn't deserve to be done this dirty.

I agree with you. Same, I thought the kiss between Sayo and Mei was the beginning. And as you said it had more focus in 3p route since there was never some kind of rivalry between Sayo and Rinna that I was waiting actually to see some progress between them. In the last chapter what I want to see now is Rinna with someone maybe Akane but everything can happen. Now it is in the author's hand to decide the ending part.
