Nice, looks like I need to E2 Eunectes next then. So far I've been trying to promote people for their base combos and I've E2'ed Ceobe, Vulcan, and Snowsant so far along with E1ing Conviction and Bubble. It's really a battle of patience to E2 people cause I still need to do Rosmontis and Whisperain for their combo.

I'm looking at 3 "teams" each for gold, exp, and trading post positions and most of them require me to E2 people. I also still need Waai Fuu but she's been alluding me for a year now. Hoping she comes to shop soon.

Gold teams:
E1 Bubble + E2 Vulcan + E2 Mayer
E1 Purestream + E2 Eunectes + E2 Weedy
E2 Waai Fuu + E1 Gravel + Haze

EXP teams:
E2 Rosmontis + E2 FEater + E1 Conviction (E2 Whisperain in Office)

This isn't official art, it's fanart. You can look up the CGs from the Under the Tides event on aceship and this scene does not exist there. The dialogue though? No clue if that was in the event or not, but I did hear from people who've read the story that the Gladiia x Skadi x Specter polycule vibes were strong in the event. Specter in particular being the center since apparently she's fucking awesome when she's not insane and was returned to her right mind in the event.

EDIT: Haha, apparently Gladiia pinning Skadi against a wall DID actually happen in the event. My bad, anyways that's hilarious and also homoerotic. This is still fanart though, but it's fanart of something that actually happened. In that case, I also assume the dialogue is canon dialogue.

I wonder if Skadi x Specter would have ranked higher tho they are already at top 10. Also glad my ship is at least top 18. Higher than Alina x Talulah lol. But as expected, Ch'en other pairings are higher with HoshiCh'en still at number 4. I think they removed any pairing with the Doctor this time since Doc x harem and Doc x SilverAsh are no longer here.

There can't seriously be more Frostnova x Frostleaf out there than stuff like Blue Poison x Glaucus. Can't say I've seen more than 2 pics of that. And no WxTheresa? Seen a ton of that. LappxExu is also a looooooot higher than I was expecting, but I can dig it.

It's a fanmade poll so I wouldn't take this video as the 100% true not fake popularity of these ships. Also it's all in CN and not counting fanart/fanfic/fan content of other platforms from outside of LOFTER. There's a fair amount of ship art that's on Twitter/Pixiv that haven't been counted.

Disappointed but not surprised the one M/M ship that do not ever interact in canon or have anything to do with each other ended up topping the list.

Also IIRC the way they made this poll was in the amount of people who participated in the LOFTER tags right? I don't think Talulah x Alina even has a tag that all shippers use cause most of the popular art I see in the Talulah tag are mostly with her and those ones aren't tagged with the ship. This goes with some of the other ships too where they just don't tag the ship with specific names cause there's just no unified ship name for some of them. Instead it'll just get tagged with the names of both people or sometimes just one if one of the characters is an NPC who isn't as known.

I finally finished all of the chapter 8 stages (normal, challenge, and secret missions). People were dead serious when they said R8-8, M8-8, and JT8-3 were atrocious maps. R8-8 was just annoying as fuck since you had to be extra careful about deployment order and you can't mess up at all. M8-8 wasn't as bad but I really needed a guide for the challenge mode. Tbh I ended up using KyoStinV's strats for half my challenge mode clears and all of the JT stages cause those ones genuinely took too long to figure out. JT8-3 wasn't so bad with Nightingale and Thorns tbh. Also used Ch'en and Guardmiya for the lore, though not the correct skill cause those do not work very well at skill level 7....

The Followers polycule is literally the best version of any ships involving any of them.

Ok. I'm not going to beat main boss. She sets 2 of your operators on fire and makes them explode, which will one shot every single operator I'll deploy. I have no clue how I'm supposed to win like that, unless I'm supposed to keep redeploying new operators to deal with incoming mobs, but then unless I use some broken operators to kill her, I'm still not sure how I'm supposed to set up anything to actually kill her.

You use Nightingale. Also I've seen people beat her with 3-4 stars only so you don't need to use any broken operators. Nightingale is just the easy option cause her decoys + S3 and it's also helpful in JT8-3.

From what I see, Talulah's main ship people draw fanart of her with now is Alina and the other ship I see is with Yelena or Frostnova as we commonly know her as. Also yeah I mean, Ch'en's main ships are with Hoshi and Swire so ¯_(ツ)_/¯

So yesterday a Top Operator + Sniper Recruit gave me Chow Yun-CatSchwarz (who will be pouring tea in dorms until now E2 Rosmontis' comprehensive annihilation of my resources is undone...) - today it's Top Operator + Ranged. Is RNGesus in a celebratory mood or something? o_O

Ayyy, congrats! Schwarz is pretty good sometimes when you don't feel like using Eyja lol. Tbh most of my operators I've gotten since playing AK have been sitting pretty doing absolutely nothing. I should really use them more instead of just using the "meta" units to clear stages. I really need a new CC or something to start using other people.

I managed 6k which is... pretty hard still. I tried doing full 8k and 7k but the enemies were just way too tanky and aggressive for me to be able to do it. And that's all with a built Zhongli shield on them. This really feels like the CC of Genshin lmao.

Hey? My luck is literally insane? Got Rosmontis in 8 pulls, Whisperain in the next 10 pull, and then 2 more rainbow bags back to back with 2 more Rosmontis. After that it took another 60 pulls to get 2 Mudrocks in one 10 pull. I'm literally just sitting here like "HUH?" Also got Silverash on my 9th pull on the other banner. Lmao I just won't question it anymore I guess. My pulls.

Now I still have 52k orundum left over LMFAO. Guess my Dusk and Sage fund is going strong.

To celebrate, I decided to buy all the new packs LOL. Chose Ceobe for the 6 star selection ticket. With how nice Arknights is to me, I don't mind blowing my money on it since I don't have to resort to legit whaling to get any of the limited units. (The only real painful part was needing to use my OP to pull Nian... took over 100+ pulls and I did not have the same amount of pulls saved up like I did now.) Now if only Genshin was like that...

Tbh, I'm hoping that Skadi Alter is something that actually happens in the canon timeline and the event would be about finding a way to reverse that? Like why would they allow her to be in Rhodes Island if she's possessed by an eldritch horror? It's much more likely they took her in to try to cure her of said shadow then just letting her walk around the HQ when there's a high possibility of her corrupting other people.

EDIT: Also off-topic but I think I might be insane cause I literally farmed for like, weeks to get 3000 red certs to max pot Breeze ONLY for the medal. May or may not regret it, I'm not sure yet. I now only need 1 more medal before I have everything (the level 120 medal).
