i meant what i said. if you look through the tag, a majority of what has been uploaded here has consent issues -- including the longer series.

a frequent theme of the bdsm yuri i've read is submissive characters getting swept up in the moment and doing something they haven't consented to. irl this is unhealthy and dangerous.

sure it's fiction and it's fine for some stories to be like this, even if they're not for me. when i read something where consent is explicit and the characters trust each other, i enjoy it way more.

I think these are recurring characters for the author.

that's good at least, but its pretty easy to include a page with portraits and quick bios that makes the dynamics of their relationship clear.

you might not have time for the characters to discuss consent and stuff in a short one shot, but you should at least make it feel like they are both into it and not feeling forced.

check out the real her if you want a short, fun series that is much better at handling this sort of thing.

its obviously okay for people to discuss characters' gender identity, especially if it is directly relevant to the story. insulting one another's intelligence, etc. is not cool.

it's pretty obvious when a conversation becomes an unproductive argument -- particularly when discussions are more about language than the content of the manga. when you make a post joining in a discussion, ask yourself if you are being constructive. if someone is being rude or says something you disagree with, often it's better to just ignore it.

about the chapter, i was surprised to see this, since there hasn't been any weird supernatural stuff before in this series, and now they just kinda shoved it in there. not really into it, but we'll see where it goes i guess.

i think it is pretty clear adachi has a disability which is not being managed since she isn't receiving any support from her family or care from medical professionals.

yes this behavior sucks, but she is trying her best. she just doesn't know how to cope because she hasn't been taught how.

even with care she may continue to experience breakdowns like this, but she could learn to manage them and could also communicate with those close to her to understand how to support her when she is struggling.

both my partner and i struggle with some serious mental health issues.

when i was younger i also behaved pretty poorly, and i know other neurodivergent people who have had episodes pretty similar to the one adachi had here. it is something that takes a lot of time and effort to work through, and will likely always be around, just managed better.

I've haven't read the LNs up to this part. jeez. i feel so bad for adachi. get that girl in therapy asap. if i was shimamura i think i'd be afraid of adachi at this point.
