God DAMN is that just downright frustrating. Just how many times can they confess to each other without either actually understanding it? I was laying on my back in bed when I read this chapter. With the latest failed confession, I lifted my head up, groaned, and slammed it back down into my pillow again. It shouldn't be legal to be this dense. This might be even worse than the cliche of the other person not hearing the confession due to fireworks, or falling asleep, or a sudden brief period of deafness for no apparent reason.

I know I'm still going to read the next chapter when it comes out, but, goddamn... at least the new haircuts are cute. Short hair is 10/10

"This... brand..." I'm not gonna say it because we're all thinking it.

-"Look! Look with your special eyes!"

-"MY BRAND!"

Fully agree with what EFWds said, two comments back. More information would be good.

Unrelated note, it would be nice if there was some way to easily view my own previous forum contributions, and to be notified in some way if another user responded/mentioned/quoted me. At the moment, it can be somewhat difficult to maintain a conversation or discussion in a timely manner, as the only method (AFAIK) is to manually check the given page for new comments whenever it might come to mind.

I am quite pleasantly surprised with how that worked out. The instant her mother started talking trash, MC spoke up and kicked her out. On top of that, the moment she felt there was a possibility of things ending before they began, she took action to ensure it worked out. Although I'm sad there won't be any more after this, I am quite happy with how the subverted at least 3 of the biggest tropes by simply shutting them down just as most manga would've started a multi chapter arch for each one. Subverted expectations and worked out well, though still left wanting more. However, honestly, it would either require unneeded drama, or a tonal shift to continue any further beyond this, outside of an omake or something of the sort.

Lol, got a good laugh out of that NiccoloPaganini tool. Entire argument basically boiled down to "I'm correct because my personal investments have given me the right to never be wrong about anything ever. You're just too inferior to me to understand!"

Y'know what they say; you only fully understand something once you reach the point that you can properly explain it to somebody else. Again, every refuted point just came back to "it would totally take too long to explain! It's impossible!" as they claim their argument is based off completely 100% unbiased objective peer-reviewed scientific studies. Sources? What are those? Name dropping is good enough, right?

Anyways, story seems like it might end up being good. Have some concerns about the path it might develop, especially regarding this ex character being introduced. Two most common ways for that to go are either the main cast member becoming uncertain of themselves, or, worst case scenario, the trite development of some random innocent misunderstanding being blown out of proportion, followed by assumptions upon assumptions, and a complete and total inability to properly communicate and discuss things with each other like adults... anyways, hopefully neither of those happen.

So, main character licked her phone while looking at a picture of her friend. Then, she actually kissed said friend while she was asleep. After that, MC had fantasies about... sexually assaulting her? Paraphrasing, but, "if she's going to hate me either way, I might as well just do it", followed by her having a fantasy about stripping and groping her childhood friend.

Maybe I'm just innocent and naïve, but all of those things sound way beyond normal, and just quickly got worse and worse. Ended up with a happy ending, but MC just seems downright creepy to me.

I first heard of this manga through the anime announcement. I then immediately binge read all 22 chapters. GODDAMN CLIFFHANGERS!

Looking forward to the anime, though. Could easily be a train wreck, but the discussions it might spawn from people going in blind should be more than enough for it to be entertaining for me. Please, the world needs more official canon yuri relationships.

Finally, regarding plot of the story itself... Spoiler warning, as I have no idea how to do spoilers on mobile, but I'm only going to mention content that's available to be read here, and fairly vaguely at that anyways.

Above all else I want to mention that I get the feeling this might become something at least slightly... supernatural? Because, good god, this little town has an abnormally high concentration of batshit crazy people. Nearly every single character that's served a role beyond background character is utterly frothing mad. I find it quite interesting that little abducted girl's brother (?) equated her warming presence to thatof the moon. Normally, when talking about a person's radiant smile and charisma, they might compare it to the sun. But he very much specifically mentioned the moon a couple of times. And though I'm not sure if it was simply added by the scanlator team, or was part of the official raw pages, there was a brief line on the border of one of the opening pages that mentioned the archaic definition of lunatic. Paraphrasing here, but, "Lunatic - a person who has been driven insane by exposure to the moon".

Basically every single person we've seen that has been in contact with abductee loli has since behaved, well, like a goddamn lunatic. Though we haven't seen much any of MC prior to her meeting abductee loli, crazy-lolicon-co-worker-schoolboy-rape-victim-guy seemed to be a perfectly normally functioning member of society prior to lunar loli (and also getting raped. That's also probably a factor).

Anyways, regardless, as sometimes silly as this story may be, I have been thoroughly entertained. Not to mention, also thoroughly disappointed by catching up to the translations just in time for a big cliffhanger. Poor normal friend-chan is clearly best girl, but I now greatly fear for her life since she has intruded upon psycho MC's love nest... Not to mention, it was awfully dumb to just stand in plain view and snap a pic of the evidence. Oh, poor foolish lonely girl... you only meant well... kinda.

I gotta say, I like the new pairing even more than the main two. Quite enjoying this, looking forward to more.

Goddamn, I initially thought this would be another cheap and generic yuri comedy, but this really turned things up to 11. I feel like this story sort of "calls out" some of the cliches and tropes in yuri manga that are so prevelant, where one party is much more manipulative than initially let's on, and this acknowledges just how truly bad of a thing that is. Although as viewers it was clear the president was shady from the word go, she never did anything for MC to question until after she had already gotten what she wanted out of her.

Although what happened to the MC is terrible, I'm extremely happy a story is actually properly treating such a personality and actions as a truly negative thing, rather than the common romanticization we would often see. Such a thing generally gets played off in a way to try to make the character seem cool or mysterious, without any regard to just how malicious and potentially damaging such behavior is. An experience like that, let alone as a persons very first time, is inevitably going to be very damaging to them, and the complete destruction of trust the MC had is a result so seldom shown in works such as this. Although I expect she might recover rather quickly based off the fact that it sounds as though there's little to no content left after this, simply acknowledging these consequences is a commendable act. The depression, anxiety, and total loss of trust in any and all things is, once again, such a rare occurance within yuri manga, and most all other fictional media for that matter. I will always appreciate a story in which a character actually endures proper consequences to their experiences, as opposed to how things are so often either resolved instantly, or disregarded with a hand wave from the start.

Fantastic story. Kuuderes with short hair are the single greatest blessing in this world. Very cute, and a happy end. Good stuff.

I'm enjoying the main two quite a bit here. Looking forward to chapter 3. Just hope it arrives sooner this time, because virtually just two updates per year is far too damaging to my soul. I'm not patient enough for that.

Thanks for the thread, mate! I've recently been trying to find some good stuff on that site, but it can be a bit tough since they don't have any sort of yuri/shoujoai/gl tag.

I sometimes get to feeling like I've read virtually every single multiwork story on this site, so it's nice to get some new options. Also, as thanks, here's a yuri story on webtoons.com that wasn't included in your list.

There is also this story, though it's more of a comedy than actual yuri romance.

Very good story. Love the familial dynamic at MC's office, and of course soba is absolutely great. Although I would love if this were a full series, I feel it ended in a perfect place for a one-shot. It's always nice to have more, but it still managed to end without feeling like a cliffhanger, or unnaturally abrupt. Love it.

Absolutely fantastic story. As many others have said, the ending was too sudden, and left much to be desired. The Extra does help to fill a little bit of that hole, but it would have been all the better if there was at least just one more chapter to fully and clearly wrap things up.

Man, did not enjoy the ending. Remi was a generally shitty person from the very start, Saachi became (or at least revealed) herself a shitty person, and it generally feels like the relationship won't last. It very much felt to me as though most any and all genuine love was from Ruki, and Sacchi doesn't truly love her. It also seemed highly likely that Sacchi is going to end up cheating on Ruki again.

I was just so disappointed Sacchi actually kept sleeping with Remi. Absolutely thought she was better than that, and totally came out of left field for me. Ruki and Fue both deserve much better people in their lives. Doesn't really feel like a genuinely good ending for most of the cast. Almost seems sort of hollow, and rather temporary.

Remi worst girl.

Oh man, I read the first chapter ages ago and dropped it because it didn't look to actually be yuri, but I just picked it up again. Absolutely fantastic, though, and now I'm desperate for further updates!

I think I've posted a comment like this before, but I'd like to mention it again... I generally don't like the incest stories, and I'm always disappointed when one of Mochi's incest stories gets an update instead of More Than Friends or something similar. Yet, I can't help but keep coming back, because things are always sweet, happy, and Mochi has literally my favorite art style out of all the manga and doujin I've read (with the obvious exception being highly detailed and realistic art, such as Berserk and the like, but still)

Very cute. Most only complaint I have is the frequent issue among one-shots where the story ends just as the relationship begins. Otherwise good. Always a fan of the deadpan stare.

Must admit, wasn't terribly fond of this one. The art was decent, but I found there were times where it was difficult to distinguish between characters, made worse by inconsistent collor pallets for the same character in a single scene. Story felt a bit rushed, characters weren't very developed, and I generally felt it seemed somewhat disjointed. And as others have mentioned, the extra provides far too little information to be satisfactory. There's what I can only assume is at least a 3+ year gap between the extra and the "final" chapter, though that's never explicitly stated either. Wording was ambiguous at the end, only saw one perspective, was thrust into the setting without any remote explanation or information, etc etc...

The premise of coming back to fulfill unfinished wishes sure drops a red flag that this could end on a VERY sad note... I don't think my heart would be able to handle it if one were to "die" or pass on at the end of this story.

Yet, even still, I can't help but read and want more. I keep on seeing all these tiny flags for a sad end, but I'm hooked. Absolutely want to read this one to the end.

Well, that felt a bit rape-y... Doubly so with how the friend ended it with "Don't tell your sister".

I absolutely love Mochi's art style, but I find that I'm not really comfortable with a lot of their works. The significant focus on incestous relationships isn't really something for me, and doubly so when it comes to characters with too big of an age gape/are too young. A lot of relationships in manga/doujin, even those that are purely intended as romance or SoL, simply do not seem healthy.

I generally don't really like stories like this, because of how initiating a relationship with someone thats too young prevents them from being able to view the situation properly, as well as how it would inevitably affect their growth and development. Even worse yet when it's in a situation where the older one is in some sort of position above them, such as family member, family friend, or in a job a child is meant to respect and not question, such as a teacher.

Although I love literally every character so far, it's clear The Yuri Queen shall reign supreme.

Good stuff. It's cute, though I'm a little sad to say I don't expect any actual single relationship. Just a new crush each chapter, which is obviously the whole point, but it'd be nice if there was a single winner with MC in the end.

Also, it's been said plenty already, but this is clearly much more than just subtext. Cute series, looking forward to more.
