Weird to see Lucky Star these days, I remember when that was the hot new anime to quote. Now that it's been around 10 years or so (jeez I'm old) I don't know how many people will know what this is.
Massively popular anime that impacted the anime cultural landscape never die instead they somehow manage to live on for years probably with a few merchs and other stuff to keep it going. Heck, Evangelion was still being talked long after it aired.
Does anyone else think that Mira's art is really poor? Somehow, they seem to have gained quite a following but I'm gonna avoid this author in the future.
The art is decent but not spectacular. It's not as polished as other works and some characters look incredibly similar. But Mira is pretty good at cobbling together a decent love story and many of them aren't outright terrible and some of them are good with the worst I've seen being corruption finale. He isn't going to blow your mind or win an award anytime soon but he can tell a good story that can entertain you for a bit.
She is a first year student but I'm not sure if it's high school or middle school - I don't see it say anywhere - she looks more like a middle school girl to me - but maybe she is just small - what's anyone think?
I really want to think that she is in high school. Yet she would have only 15-16 years, but it's more credible that if she have only 12-13...
And yes, this second part also liked me more (much more) than the first. The first still makes me feel that there is some abuse of power and emotional blackmail on how the relationship develops (porn separately). Here, at least, there is some moderation and awareness of what that age gape and their roles as teacher and student means between them.
