Perso, what I like to do is watch the first 8 episodes, then the 2nd movie and then Rebellion. (I don't like the first movie because it removes all the yuri :P And some super important scenes, in my opinion, like Homura trying to kill Sayaka)
The second movie is pretty good, though. And some scenes are way better than in the TV series, like Kyouko's sacrifice to kill Sayaka's witch.
Overall, you get much more when watching it like this if you think about it. (probably not very accurate because of openings and endings, but I watch both, so it still counts as more to me :P)
First 8 episodes = ~2h40 <------------
First movie (recap of first 8 episodes) = 2h10
Episodes 9-12 = ~1h20
Second movie (recap of episode 9-12) = 1h50 <------------

Personally, I just get embarrassed when I don't manage to translate something correctly and I end up simply not finishing what I started. Add to that the fact that I'm really slow, lazy and get distracted very easily, and you get a whole lot of nothing done. (9 unfinished works, at the moment... yeah)
I really respect people like you who manage to consistently release quality stuff for everyone to see, I have a lot to learn from you guys.

You should consider jumping in IRC. It's a fun community, and I think it keeps me active since there are people who can directly reply to my releases.

I think I will, because there are times very often, actually when I'm really lost while translating some things and Google doesn't really help, so I could really use help from other people. Thanks as always, Shynaku.

It somehow feels like I'm reading a completely different story. Like really different.

Well the thing is, by doing that you only get the results for the combination of tags you added, not the results for each individual tag.
For example, if you search for both Yuri and Subtext tags at the same time, you get 0 results since the tags are incompatible. And that's the problem I was thinking about.
