This is power harassment. Saitou got her the job, then started putting the moves on her with the implication that her position and advancement in the company were contingent on sexual favors. Luckily this wasn't entirely the reality, but still, I feel like if Saitou were a man everyone here would be calling them a creep...

True

Yikes, reading it now, I see many red flags in that. Especially the "lesbian" couple.

I don't think the author is necessarily implying bisexuals are sluts since being a slut or not isn't defined by orientation, but rather that the sluttiest possible hetslut is arguably only about half as slutty as the sluttiest possible bislut simply due to not being picky about a partner's sex. So if one wants to portray an extreme slut, what better way to double down by making them bisexual? Answer: a pansexual

The f*ck are talking about.

As always in yuri manga or I could say in manga in general a bisexual is introduced as a slut.

Why is she wasting so much time on someone who's always running away from her? Is it that funny to torment someone else's feelings?

I think this one is great and they should keep on doing it!! If they could replace whatever the ghost thing is with just this I'd be delighted even!

I don't see what is so good about assaulting another person. Even though the say person is watching a porn in front of you. I'm not the public and I think their shouldn't be a public for that, Again, that's my opinion.

This author is so random. sometimes they make good manga like the one with ghost (still waiting for an update) and other times ecchi rape fetishes manga like this one. Stick to one side please.

Edit: I saw the name of the anthology where this was released. "Yuri SM" !? In what way being sexually assaulted is a SM play ? This share more things with a NTR manga than any consensual SM play.

Or the author should just do what they want cause theyre not your slave, just a thought

If you are so fragile that you can't accept the fact that others don't share your point of view or opinions, why are you reading the comments ? Move on and shut up.

"All those rabid fans hurling abuse at Chika online? They are in the wrong! But only because Chika is innocent. If Chika had been actually guilty (i.e. the victim of sexual abuse), then her fans would have the right to be angry at her!"

In chapter 13 Yasumi jokingly compared Kagazaki being affectionate to an abusive boyfriend's lovebombing, And in #14 both Chika and Yasumi jokingly remind each other that sexual misconduct can happen between two women. Which is why it's weird that during the scandal neither of them noted even privately that if a 16-year-old girl were to get any job position in exchange for sexual favors, that would make her the victim of sexual exploitation. Not the perpetrator of any wrongdoing.

Maybe this is just a silly and sleazy light novel that I should not take too seriously. But this doesn't feel right in a story that tries to create drama from an underage voice actress getting roped into a sex scandal. A story created in a post-metoo world, where even real voice actresses have spoken out about e.g. being pressured to give male directors or other stakeholders creepy favors like private bath sessions. Is it really too much to ask that a story like this gives the bare minimum amount of pushback to slutshaming, especially when it affects a girl in high school?

I would have let it go without comment, but I had to say something after the girls made jokes about the topic. It's weird to reference intimate partner violence and corporate HR speak only for jokes, but offer no criticism on the base assumptions of Chika being accused with "sleeping her way to the top", and to not acknowledge that she would be the victim in that situation. The creators want to milk "the dark side of the industry" for drama, but they can't even acknowledge the power dynamic between a boss and employee, or adult and teenager.

I'm not saying the whole series is bad or anything, in fact it's because I otherwise enjoy it that I'm frustrated because of this.

Unfortunately they won't adress those problems with seriousness all the long. It could be so much interesting if they did.
With the last chapter release, if they are not massively harass online and IRL, this story is taking place in the same world as the Bisounours.

Another ship based on nothing. I started watching the serie hoping to see some lovely moment between the two of them. I get baited with this fanards. Internet get excited over nothing. Also why is Enid's dressing and makeup is so queer coded if she's het ?
And there're not a single queer in serie.
Edit: ok, I get it for the queer coded dressing and makeup but that doesn't change anything about the absurd shipping.

This is so wrong in so many levels. We can resume it to "Internalize misogyny : how did I become a lesbian and married the first man who accepts me after I learn that my girlfriend potentially cheat on me".
The way the MC is insecure about her sex performance and potentially having her girlfriend simulating her moaning are more something a guy will worries than a woman.
The story is bad, the cover is a bait, the title also and the drawing really show than the author is more familiarize to draw het sex. Nothing to save.
Depiction relationship between women as awful and shallow.... It's so tiring.
