The whole mandatory pleasure denial aspect is still a nuisance though. "Noo, stop" ^^

Yeah that always feels weird. I think that there may be cultural context being missed. Presumably if we could hear the tone we could tell it would be one of those 'saying something that means the opposite of it's literal meaning' sort of things.

I've heard that it's actually common for words to start to mean the opposite of what their original definition was. Presumably it isn't always so unfortunate in it's contrast though.

Another Ironic thing that could happen would be someone who does something they would murder someone for, but then subsequently commits suicide. It takes away the argument of what they're doing as being something that could deter bad behavior, since it would be clear that people who are willing to die aren't going to be swayed by the prospect of being killed.

I have to wonder if the author is being intentionally ironic or not with the pres/vice-pres position here. They're both bullying Satsuki this very moment with the framing and gaslighting. Are they meant to be inconsistent, or would they agree that they deserve to be murdered now?

Well they think what they are doing is right so they are just doing what they believe needs to be done to convince Satsuki to join them.

Would be ironic to have them encounter a person spouting the same drivil they do murdering someone they (the prez and vice-prez) didn't think deserved to die. Like they'd agree with the methods, but not the verdict, and so this gives them an example that they can comprehend of what Satsuki sees them as (Satsuki wouldn't kill these people even then but it's close enough to hurt them).

Chiaki is finally growing Up, AND FAST

Its fun how they have fully switched roles with Chiaki being embarrased and confused and Hana being numb to it

Hana is really more dominant than Chiaki isn't she? I could really see her being a bit of a power bottom.

What if she was actually hurt by aro erasure because she thought if you had sex with someone without being in love with them that you were a bad person since that had been the only exposure to that they had? Like I could see a lot of angst being squeezed out of that for a panel or two before the gang made it clear they could really be good friends even if they had benefits.

Couldn't the stuco pres and Satsuki now prove their power by simply having the president (who seems pretty off his rocker so I bet he could comitt to it) plan to kill himself within the next 24 hours in some room they will have access to, and leave notes on himself (possibly by painting answers on his shirt and then laying down before dying such that they will be visible) so that they could demonstrate ESP via Satsuki being able to state the contents of a box or the order of cards in a deck before they are revealed, since she could see the answer on his body?

He wouldn't actually have to die, he'd just have to be willing to comitt to doing so such that a primonitory corpse would appear of him, and when she guesses it right, or if some issue makes it clear the message isn't properly conveyed, he would of course back out of it. Causing the corpse to then fade away. No death actually occurs.

You could just demonstrate the ability minus explaining the creepypasta sounding details until you can get people to realize you really do have some sort of ESP, then explain the significant limitations involved.

I dunno why, but I was impressed that the author simulated the warping of light through the glasses (you can see multiple pupils in the one characters spectacles in a panel).

The art style in the early pages at least reminds me of the author of Mircilago for some reason? Perhaps the aforementioned eyes?

As good as Miko is, childhood friend always loses.

How do you do spoilers in text? I know at least one that doesn't have that.

Haw. Probably a retcon, but it is good. I'd f***ing lol if if it turned out Tanya was actually just a super cutesy looking woman who was juuuust slightly older than Melissa, for maximum irony.

Calling that the younger girl is the reincarnation of the older girl's mentor, or that it's literally her mentor pretending to be someone younger.

Tanya doesn't seem to have the guile for the latter option

I agree, though I could imagine there are mangaka that would have it turn out like that.

Green Tea Bitch (n.): A woman who pretends to be pure and innocent but in fact is manipulative and calculating.

Lin Luxi Seems to fit this better actually, what with easily presenting a normal facade to hide her true self, and becoming vindictive somewhat in these later chapters, essentially running circles around Our pink haired heroine. Tong Tong Is the opposite: Looks like someone who is a manipulative jerk, but actually a guileless cinnamon roll.

I think the only result I'd be really pleased by would be her responding to this with the equivalent of "I love you too my girlfriend of x weeks". Because drama is just too lame at this point, and while I can continue reading if they decide THIS is the point where they became girlfriends, I just don't like the idea that it always has to be explicit with wlw relationships in manga. I don't like it when plausible deniability is kept so they can back out at least to the very last moment, but I also don't like it when they act like they have to say it out loud to make it real when they have been macking on each other for presumably more than two months now.

Probably got some 80's style platform shoes, what with her whole kinda glamrock look she has going on there.

Those who don't like Akira just don't see how this is necessary for her to hilariously melt after taking a bite of cinnamon roll.
