Going by school tropes, the villainess would be the "rich girl who bullies the new girl just cos she's kinda pretty" whereas the role our poor heroine finds herself in seems to be the more "disrupts the morals and bangs the entire student council" type.

iirc Irys was playing that Needy Streamer Overload game, with one of the means of relieving the streamer's stress involving her spending some time in bed with her producer (the player), to which Irys replied "th-they're playing monopoly, guys". The association has stuck ever since.

She creates situations that begs for the characters to at least mention sexual orientation and is even willing to tackle incest but apparently any talk of sexual orientation is just a bridge too far for her.

It's simply because it's not what the series wants to focus on. It's first and foremost a story about love and its various forms.

IIRC Miki has had a boyfriend before, but I forget if we know how into him she was. But I'm not betting on it.

At this point I'm tempted to wonder if "boyfriend" was a mistranslation considering the lack of orientation talk (nobody even thought to warn Ayaka her crush might not be into girls, odd omission if she was dating a guy) and the anime seems to have gone very gender neutral when Miki mentioned her past.

Just checked the raws for ch6 and they do say 彼氏さん (the term is also used in one of the upcoming anthology chapters). But it goes without saying this isn't one of those yuri series that gets hung up on the topic of sexuality. It's very much a "this person falls in love with this person" kinda thing.

Im always wonder, How can she streaming normal and have an Avatar that looks not like her. If you look to that VTuber Anime, they are all streaming like they are Dressed. They look exactly like her Avatar

If you're referring to Vtuber Legend, that's the way they choose to do it for that particular series (the anime version at least) because, unlike this series where the whole premise is about the two sides being in a psuedo love-triangle, we're not supposed to care about what these people look like behind their avatars.

Technically it was that the typesetter was AWOL for a while (possibly because they were waiting to see if I'd translate that wall of text in ch32). Latest chapter is 39, so we're slowly closing the gap.

I'm not familiar with Vtuber world but what does "mama" mean in this context? I was very confused when Doujima Taiga said mama but what she meant was the artist who drew her new outfit, not her actual mother. Why do they call the artist mama and what is "mother and daughter" in Vtuber world?

Mama is generally used to refer to the artist behind a Vtuber's model (eg. Ozora Subaru's artist Shigure Ui, referenced in this chapter, is often-referred to as Ui-Mama.) The rigger for the Live2D model is also sometimes referred to as the Papa. (Gender is irrelevant in both cases).

Given that a lot of the terribleness comes from punctuation/capitalization/typoes rather than awkward translations, I feel this is less machine translation and moreso just really cheap translation that seriously needs a proofreader.

The joke is that the Toys tag is for Cecelia
