Mona already told Shion that what she wants (being around Kiki, but not too close) doesn't make sense. So I think the word that is cut off is that Shion's requests are unfair, or selfish. It's not totally clear why Mona is going along with the requests. Maybe she's just a pushover, or she might have a soft spot for Shion?

I don't think they've gone as far as finger insertion yet, but we can only know for sure if the technique is specifically mentioned later (as much of the "action" is obscured by the cutaways)

Anyone actually know what the meaning of the title is? "Anemone is in heat", Isn't it Anemone means buttercup the flower? What does that has to do with heat?

The Anemone refers to Nagisa. I don't know why specifically it's her symbol, but a lot of panels depict her as surrounded by anemone flowers. The heat is more ambiguous, but it's probably a metaphor for Nagisa's feelings.

See also the untranslated tagline "The girl doesn't know her heat", and the author's rephrasing "Anemone ending up in heat" (vol 3 extra, afterword), which imply the heat to be growing.

The author also pointed out in the vol 3 extra that the anemone flower on the cover becomes more fully red with each volume.

Hayama has been acting in the exact same cartoonishly ridiculous way since Ch1, not sure how people are just now finding a problem with it after reading 18 chapters of the same schtick again and again lol

I think it makes sense that when the format switches from the short 4-page chapters to something longer, Hiyama's behavior is subject to more scrutiny
