1. P1 How the hell does Kou ends up in Gare du Nord? The underground there is good place to get your wallet stolen, so Rin's advice is a good one.

RER B goes from Charles de Gaulle to Gare du Nord. I thought it was Gare de Lyon at first, since this where I take the TGV all the time. That said, it's true that the fact Kou arrived at the TGV platform is suspicious when the RER probably arrives underground... But it's way less glamorous!

Late to the party, but why would the story need a point? The author wanted to tell a story and that's what they did. There is a beginning and an end, no need to convey some kind of message or whatever point you feel is necessary for a story work.

Rin called Kou immediately so I'm happy.

I think Rin tried to hold herself back actually. The fact that she didn't call her at the airport or the train station, to finally call Kou in the middle of the night. She stayed awake to call her beloved friend, I find it really cute :3

Never thought about it, but it now seems to be obvious. Kou definitely seems to be the more submissive type. Can she hold on for 2-3 more years…?

She has some confidence issue despite being all bossy and, um, over-confident most of the time. Perhaps Rin was the foundation for all of that. I don't know if she really is submissive though, as she is somehow defying her boss after her little speech. I hope Kou will reject her, but I have the feeling the author will play with Catherine teasing...

Why would they do that to Rin ;_;

Has only been in Paris for less than a day and she is already being sexually harassed by a brown skin.

@Pyoro True! It bugged me so I chose to interpret it as an emphasis not as an action. If this is what happened, and Yuzu turned into self-loathing as well, I think the arrival Shi-chan is even more providential. She is the saviour their love needed!

Just a doubt: who ends the call in 26th chapter? Mimika or Yuzumori?

Judging by how depressed Yuzu looks in the next panel/page, I think it's Mimika who hung up; or she didn't answer at all, don't have a smartphone so I can't tell. Technical issue aside, it also align with the all "I shouldn't be with her for her own good" attitude Mimika imposed on herself. As in : even if Yuzu tries to contact me I should ignore her for her own good - or something.

She's pulling the same stuff Hazuki always pulls.

Well, Hazuki is more about worshipping their beauty and trying to act tempting and submissive. This one is going to make Kou "her dog", she is clearly more dominant and the way she's portrayed is rather ominous.

As far as I am aware, we left the French exactly as it was written in the original.

Also, some french typos if translators come around : No hat on the o for bonjour, apelle->appelle. About translation : "Je suis contente de vous voir" is a bit clumsy, it's more something you say when you need somebody to do something and you finally find them - not something you say the first time you meet them. It would go more like "(Je suis) Enchantée de vous connaitre/rencontrer", with the parenthesis omitted most of the time.

This series just loves fucking Rin over doesn't it?

I'll admit I was not happy with the cover and the kiss.. But it's too early to call for NTR yet!

No, the "directing" is pretty confusing, I had a bit of a struggle to distinguish the transition between the different scenes at first.

Really great, I sense some drama and probably angst incoming, but we'll see! I think it'll be good anyway!

Mari is a bottom it's not like she's suffering not all bottoms wait to be attacked and pushed down some just go with the flow and do whatever to make the other happy if I could go back the the innocent days with my partner it would be like falling in love with her all over again just enjoying each others company and nothing else.

It's a nice idea to start thing all over, if things work themselves out just fine - still I think it can hurt to have your partner forget little things that matter to you. But even if it's the "same" person, it becomes a different story, somehow it looks like the start of a new relationship, meaning the end of the previous one which ended pretty abruptly; I find it a bit sad.

I'm not saying bottoms are helpless puppets who just wait for things to happen, just that in the case of Mari, it is possible that it confuses her a bit to be the one having to initiate (like she said in the first chapters). I didn't read up until chapter 14 when I wrote that post, but now it's even more apparent that it has been bothering her - the dynamic has changed, adaptations are to be made, so it's going to be somewhat stressful : our brain don't like change very much, after all.

Not necessarily true since we've already seen an instance of her recovering a tiny bit of her memories.

Well, since we are the sum of all our memories, somehow, Arisu(a?) will eventually become a different version of herself even if she regains some of her memories. If she regains all of it, I can't say for sure what that would make her. But since she has gone back to her three year younger self and Mari has grown up in the meantime, it's almost like they're starting a new relationship with two different individuals.

Mari already had a relationship and Arisa is starting her first relationship again. It's not going to be a drastic change, but it won't be exactly the same relationship is what I was trying to get at. The fact that Mari has to be the one initiating contact is already a testimony to that change.

Yeah, this manga is the epitome of bitter sweet. The two main characters are each lovable in their own ways, and it's clear that they're both trying their best, but it hurts to see them not quite being able to get there.

Ah it was more about personal introspection, but it's true there is some kind of sadness about not having the same relationship as before. It probably has been mentioned in this post before, but the fact that the relationship will never be the same could be very disconcerting for Mari specifically. I guess it could be hard to have to take the lead after being used to follow all this time.

Well, Arisu still have three years of maturity to catch up! Or at least, the time she needed before actually doing it the first time with Mari.
