Personnally, I have a feeling the whole break up was cause by the senpai. She feels way too manipulative for my taste and probably messed with nene so she'd dump Amane. Considering how she played with Amane using the pictures she took, wouldn't be surprised if she did something similar to nene, making her believe Amane did something horrid to her behind her back.
Those two needs to properly communicate and talk things out. I hope Kou might help them do that at some point. In any case, I'll reserve my judgement of Nene's action until I actually know what's behind them.

i still think that Nene & Amane end up back together, & Kou is going to be the one help bring those two back together again. It's just going to be a long roller coaster of emotions before it happens.
While I just narratively think Nene and Amane will get back together eventually, I don't mind if they actually split up for good, but without ill feelings.
What I will asbolutely not support is Nene and Kou coming together. It's clearly wrong.

It's going to be a long & bumpy road a head before it happens, but I believe that Amane & Nene will end up back together.
Kou will be the one to help bring those two back together especially since Kou really want's the three of them being friends, so am not worried about Kou ending up with Nene, cause she is a nice person. I can’t blame Kou at all, she seems hesitant about whatever’s going on with Nene but likes it, plus she knows about their history so it’ll be awkward to explain something she’s not sure if either. Also Kou is not trying to keep Nene for herself, Kou was the one who talk about the date to Amane, she is the one asking for another 3 people date & back to chapter 2, she said she don't want the two of them to fight

Sure, things “just happen that way” in real life, but they rarely do in stories, and I don’t get the sense that this one is going for gritty everyday realism.
Stories are about reasons, and when one is withheld like the reason for that breakup (given the story’s focus on the former-ness of the Nene-Amane romantic relationship), it’s highly unlikely to turn out to be that Nene just realized the day before graduation that she wasn’t all that into Amane anymore.
My money is on something else going on with Nene that we know very little about as of yet.
I Agree with this one, THIS IS A FREAKIN STORY, Story and Real Life are different, we go with the story cuz real life is boring, so It might really happen in real life that 1 day, people suddenly realize they doesn't love the same person they loved yesterday, but that doesn't happen in story, so the chances of it being just fell out of love in just one day is impossible. It happens, but not in fiction.
EDIT: I'm not saying Nene is wrong in the story, it is just it is almost impossible on what some people saying that "maybe" she really just fell out of love.

Honestly with Nene and the main character having what looks like the beginnings of a relationship (and the MC actively making her feel better after the photo shoot) I don't know if Nene and Amane will get back together. It's possible that their friendship will be mended and the reason for the breakup will be revealed.
Or the author is going for a poly ending.

For the next chapter, I'm betting that the other girl, Sena, had been bitten by another vampire that's in the area, though Ichika will think it's Aria at first.
I also wonder how come Hayama-sempai didn't make a move on Amane at the time of her breakup. From what we know, a dejected Amane went to her for comfort... it was the perfect time to catch her on the rebound... Perhaps Hayama is not as sleazy a character as we imagine her to be?
