I think so too. The difference from this death compared to the others were because they were accidents or coincidences so she didn't think much of them since she thought it was just part of the process. But Miyuki's death is the first one she's seen where they chose when to die. I really do hope this one throws her for a loop emotionally.

This chapter was so sad.....I already had bad vibes when Tokiko was leaving for school, but the sweet convo about her sister after just nailed it what was gonna happen. It's sad since I think if Tokiko let her sister know what she thought about their relationship the way she speaks about it to her friend, it'd probably have prevented this.

Sister's money part I agree with, but finding out where she lives by following her without her knowledge is pretty bad...Makino knows it's wrong too since she had to lie about where she got the info. Just because she didn't do anything harmful from the stalking doesn't mean it isn't stalking....

The occult people's spiel was really interesting at first but then fizzled out by the time it reached the end...like we've been theorizing it's a curse since the beginning....I'm guessing it's the death from the orphanage that kickstarted it (if the curse theory is true)? Or maybe there was a murder that happened even before that.

@Shawn from what I've known the translation team doesn't own you shit, if you're that impatient then purchase the raws and try to do it yourself.

@Fahadxyuu I have been patient for entire year I've been patient, I was just wondering if they dropped it or not cause it wouldn't be the 1st time a translator team just dropped a series without saying anything. Most of the translator teams that I know of they keep you posted if they are having difficulties or not

You must be new to the yuri fandom because 1 year is nothing....you guys don't know how spoiled we are nowadays with so many yuri series that get timely releases.

Anyway if you just wanted to know if a series is dropped or not, there's a much better and polite way to ask than the shitty entitled way you put it earlier. But honestly the best thing to do is just not ask at all.

Seriously people on this site love to complain, it's tiresome.

For all of you who've complained that there's no more victims, there you go, more dead bodies right here.

I dont think anyone was asking for more deaths...when we say it's dragging we're talking about the pacing of the mystery and so far the mystery is going pretty slow. The the last few chapters have been big blocks of text that don't necessarily reveal anything that hasn't already been said before. They just repeat the same talking points over and over again without giving the characters any development (I think the chapters where Tokiko's friend came in were fine since they were able to show another side of Tokiko).

Everything may very well make sense in the end, but so far I think it's a poorly paced mystery because the amount of foreshadowing or hints we get per chapter is very little for the amount of pages and words said.

Wooooooow was not expecting it to go the Magenta x Sulfur route at all :O not my preferred ship but def not unwelcome. Great chap!!

Man I'm really starting to wonder how Makino will cross that professional boundary. After 20 chapters Maron has been very platonic towards her so far and there's no real hint of it changing anytime soon lol.

After 6 chapters, this currently plot line has felt a bit drawn out. A lot of talking without really saying anytbing important and keeping things way too vague. It also feels like they've been saying the same things over and over again ever since chapter 1.

Still intrigued by the mystery but I do hope they'll push the plot along soon.

I'm enjoying this so far, but I think the author has definitely improved their story telling skills after this work when comparing it to the more engaging Liar Satsuki.

I'm also really interested in the relationship between the eldest sister and MC. Not as a ship so far, but it's nice to see she does have one family member who still supports her. I'm hoping she doesn't kick the bucket too soon lol.
