I agree with these sentiments. This manga had a wonderful old-world charm to it, like a classic forbidden romance. An oft-repeated tale, but one that feels nostalgic instead of antiquated. It made somewhat rushed-feeling ending a lot more bearable.

Oh she totally is. She's fucking gaga over Tadokoro from the start. It's part of what makes this story so great.

I figured out my quibble with this serialization so far.
The problem I have with it is it's third person narration
Both the first and second chapters of the web series are first person narration and they feel more fluid
then the omnipresent narration. It feels a bit unnecessary and forced if I'm being honest.

I agree that the narration feels largely unnecessary, but it could easily be a suggestion from an editor, in which case I'll let it slide.

Wasn't sure what this was referencing, but then I remembered that wonderful scene of them enthusiastically cheering Ristu on while she eats paper like an idiot.

A very solemn chapter, and another great example of the wonderful writing in this. Seriously looking forward to more.

A love triangle with a 3rd one already unlikable : Cheat on fiancé of MC, possibly fake a pregnancyand announce the marriage with said fiancé because of pregnancy and all that said to MC directly face to face with both the fiancé and her here.I don't know how Naoko will manage to make the 3rd one a serious love rival but it will be hard.
