You mean Nadeshiko gets called right? And which chapter was that? I've got vague memories of that scene but I can't seem to track it down... or was it that I saw it in the anime?

Yeah I fixed it I meant to say Nadeshiko >.> I don't know if it was an actual chapter but it was definitely in the anime.

I finally found it on the bakkin reader. It's chapter 54 of the main series...

It's pretty much obvious that it's Megumi now. Nadeshiko just said the place where Megumi worked slipped in their conversation on the phone. Aww yeeaaaaah

I thought so too. I remember the chapter where Megumi gets a called when Himawari was visiting and they were being all lovey dovey on the phone. I hope it's Megumi but I'm like 99% sure!

@Kaja Rainbow

The stuff they've been signing in the story, were there any gestures that were similar (similar gesture, similar meaning) to the sign language you know (American, Chinese sign language/whatever sign language is used in your country, or was it totally different (for example as different as Japanese Spoken is to English Spoken)?

What I know is American Sign Language, which's pretty different from Japanese Sign language. But I still recognized the signs in the manga as clearly sign language, if sign language in a foreign language. There seem to be certain universal elements, like the general kinds of handshapes people'll be making--gestural stuff using easy to make finger shapes. Some of those handshapes're ones ASL use, but in different ways and for different words. Overall, I'm fairly certain that was actual JSL in the manga.

to tell the truth i always thought that sign language was universal...like a drawing.... good that i always learn something new everyday :D

I was told by a friend who was taking sign language that there is a kind of "general" or "universal" sign language that people can use aside from the ones that coincide with national languages like ASL or JSL. The way she described it made me think it was a bit more like standardized charades though, but that's just the way I interpreted her second hand information.

Actually she (allegedly) overheard Megumi talking to a coworker on the phone.
Either way, this has definitely given Megumi a ton of points in the speculation pool.

to fully grasp the volume,
DDD/E.

Nope. Can't grasp that volume. Hands are too small.

Thanks, now I have to explain why I just burst out laughing.

I think she gets turned on when a third party is involved. Something similar to what's going on in this comic (*note Het). Read the description at the bottom of it for a better explanation. The afterword mentions it too and that the story ran a little long. I'm guessing we'd probably see more involvement from Watanohara if there were more pages allotted for this, or if there's a continuation.

I seriously just need a big ol' chart to keep track of who's who and at what age... With pictures. Lots of pictures. I love that everything's so intertwined though, even if I don't have the capacity to remember every single face and name.

So she really does just disappear from right in front of people's eyes and they hardly question it? ("When did you move over there?")

why the nsfw tag?

Because of the nudity when she takes a shower. It's not much, but you still probably wouldn't want to get caught looking at it at work, hence the tag. NSFW doesn't always equal sex you know.

I dunno, Topaze seems a little disconnected. And the dark haired one in that one doesn't have bangs like Yui here. (plus they seem to be in a regular committed relationship)

I just realized that there's something a bit off about offering your body to an almost-ten-year-old in order to cheer her up...

I love the insert with them being actors too. Poor Luka, but having to put up with Kaito like that had a powerful effect.

Ugh... I have to say this. Or else.

Twins are (almost) identical only if they are both girls or both boys. If they are a girl and a boy, they can be as similar as two non-twin siblings. That's because "identical" twins come from a split ovule (that is, same DNA: same chromosomes XX or same chromosomes XY) and non-identical twins come from two different ovules (different DNA; could be two girls, two boys, or girl and boy).
This is not hidden information. People learn this at primary school. So why why why do writers, mangakas, film makers, why do they omit this fact? I don't buy they ignore this!

aah now that I have let off steam I feel I am open to read any nonsense.

Actually, it all depends on your genetics. My brother and I, for example, are five years apart in age and different genders, and we look nearly identical. It's only small differences (like he's a little taller than me and has bright blue eyes, rather than my grey-blue ones) and genitalia that separate us. And I look the same as my mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. That side of my family just has really dominant genes. So, it all depends really. Twins can can look as different or similar as can be. =]

And of course there's the fact that it's fiction and making them be basically identical (regardless of odds and genetics) makes for much more interesting plot. I knew about all that as well, but I guess I was just faster at suspending my disbelief.

Um, page 20 of last chapter.. did Hazuki actually lose her virginity via tribadism? Is that possible?

If it is (I honestly don't know), then I'm sincerely surprised it only just happened considering chapter five.

On another note, I find it incredibly difficult to read Asagi Ryuu works. I try, but they really just aren't to my taste most of the time. I do try to at least gloss over everything once I start, and I found it got a bit more bearable as it went on (or I just got better at ignoring things that bothered me). Such a random story though, and unexplained plot points everywhere. I've seen worse, but the play and the orgy really were a bit out of left field.

I could've sworn I'd read chapter 19 already, but I'm beginning to think it's just because I re-watched that episode enough so that it was just really familiar.

Unexpectedly tame, but still just about as crazy nonsensical as I've come to expect (if in a subtle way). This was pretty adorable, I hope it's a girl too.

I just started wondering if it would be reasonable to implement tags for major/common holidays like Valentine's and Christmas? Would anybody be interested in those?
