Well the search can handle searching for either variant of a pairing tag, but searching it this time did show me that they needed to be merged and so now it's "Natsuki x Shizuru" as the "official" variant but you should find the tag even if you search "Shizuru x Natsuki".
If anyone finds more of these or similar instances then feel free to notify us in any way.

Well a discussion's a discussion, he just doesn't like doujins (which would make touhou works very scarce).
You can easily tell it's a touhou doujin if it's not authored by ZUN though, so not sure why you're stumbling upon it.

I didn't say there wasn't futa on the reader. He asked for futa romance which I'm 100% positive we don't have one of (unless gender benders count in your book, then maaaaaaybe the prunus girl one counts. I have to actually read it first).
Also, there's more futa to come.

Suggest them and we'll see.
Considering how niche yuri still is, I doubt you'll get the type of romance/angst associated with futa and more of the shounen ecchi skirt flipping type, but I'd love to be proved wrong.

I'm just as confused as you are when I make the pairing tags. I try to be alphabetical, but some of the older tags were based having the more common character first for semi-organization, like having Marisa x Someone multiple times on the old reader for easier finding. It's certainly a mess, but I think that true alphabetical is our goal.

We're not trying to be official or 100% professional with our tags, but we do realize that it's quite a mess.
We're not going to do away with joke tags, but many tags will get a look over in an attempt to reduce confusion.
And sometimes unique tags are... unique. Just because it can't be applied to other things doesn't necessarily mean it should be removed~

For now, do not request series/chapters/groups for upload until the new suggestion system comes in place for it please. so if new ideas/discoveries pop in that you want to see on the reader, keep it on a reminder for later :D
Not that we don't want you requesting it, just trying to keep this topic a bit more organized.

Scat is attributed to Love Slave Ch05 which is mostly appropriate warning for readers.
Once this error is fixed in the back-end we can more easily clean out unused/scarcely used tags.

You can also suggest the removal of tags per series, although this is the right place to suggest the removal of entire tags. Tags certainly are still a bit messy, wouldn't disagree. We'll also consider tag usefulness if someone recommends the removal of a tag from a series/chapter or multiple series/chapters because we'll have to ask ourselves "why is this tagged with this?" and "what purpose does it serve?". So don't be afraid to request addition or removal of tags, we won't hold any of it against you (especially since it's a new system and half of the requests were people just trying it out haha).
I've removed a couple of the lots_of_x tags, leaving us with three total now.
I partially disagree that science babies should be removed. While it serves almost no purpose in describing the chapter/series properly, it's something we find entertaining due to yuri fandom. We'll take it into consideration if the desire to remove it is common enough amongst people or if you can provide a compelling argument for its removal.
I have no control over the mobile site. Omn and harawa have expressed desire to improve the mobile site and app but it's not their top priority.

Importing typically comes from sites like honto.jp, hmv.co.jp, amazon.jp (gouges on shipping), toranoana.jp. If you're in the U.S., you could try to find a Bookoff or Kinokuniya.

Since the transfer over from bbcode, I suspect a number of you don't know how to take advantage of the easiness of markdown. That's OK, but you posts can look a lot neater (if needed) by using it!

There's also quoting so that you don't have to throw in regular quotes and make it slightly harder to read.

It was felt that because the new system is going to keep the spambots from being able to register due to the custom question and whatnot, the report button was not necessary. If there's something egregiously offensive or rulebreaking somehow we'll probably see it. I've been keeping all forum threads read so far.

As some may have noticed, Kawaii-Scan's site is currently down.
As such, we were requested to host up the chapter for them.
The host is still making it quite annoying to upload things; do be patient while the new reader is in beta (it's pretty neat so far IMO).

"Why don't you upload ALL THE THINGS then?"
1) It's incredibly annoying to deal with the slowness (since they throttled our CPU usage).
2) It's also an intentional backlog to make immediate use of some of the new systems we're putting in place on the new reader, namely user tag suggestions and uploading and organizing chapters. Better to introduce problems and suggestions soon after launch IMO.

Was on my to-do list after you showed it the first time. Then the hosting problems happened.

Mich and I are the current uploaders for the reader so either one of us should do.
Whichever way you prefer to send the file is fine.
Our emails are under out avatars if you prefer that way.
Also available most of the time on the IRC.

Since you currently have no other option, we'll upload it.

It's entirely different coding. Could possibly be done, but not preferable.
The biggest reason the reader is being reformatted is because the old (current) reader wasn't coded for the expansion we've put it through. Some of the front end organization is a total mess and some of the back end handling is confusing and unorganized as well.
If you can be a bit more descriptive why you prefer the old layout, maybe things can be changed on the new one if it's a good idea. Otherwise we'll have to rely on a post-initial-release examination by everyone rather than simply on screenshot previews.

Everything that can be labeled is handled in the back end as a tag. Everything you saw in the preview, whether it be series, volume, author, etc., were tags. This changes nothing much on the front end (what you're seeing on the reader) but it a bit of a change in the back end handling.
